Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend. Initially, we were excited by the selection and prices, but the experience soured when it came to delivery. The order was placed on Dec. 18 of '21 and we were told it would be delivered in 3 months. Never got a follow up call, we always had to initiate the calls. In April we were told the shipment was lost.

When pressed, we found out the wrong item was ordered. They did offer another model for us to take home, but in a lower quality leather and without the lumbar support or moving head portion in a slightly different color. They were upset with US for not settling for the lower quality couch (was hung up on more than once). For $3-4K items I expect a higher level of customer service. This was abysmal, which is unfortunate because we had planned on purchasing several other pieces. After this experience we will certainly be taking our business elsewhere.

Parents bought two leather recliners on which the color came off then cleaning based on the company's recommendation. Company was rude and unwilling to take back the defective chairs that my parents have had for less than a year. $1100 recliners should not have these issues. Try someplace else.

Great selection of leather sofas and chairs, all quality pieces, no foreign junk. Italian, Canadian, US quality. Carol was very helpful.no pressure.will shop and buy again.

We just bought a palliser leather set from leather interiors. It was delivered on time as advertised. Since it was $2k less than a comparable la z boy set we were impressed.

The service is beyond horrible after you place an order. Ordered a sofa, later called in to ask for delivery date. Called four times, And every time was told they are with a customer, they don't know the date, they cannot check the date. And the sales person I asked for is not in. I just called again and the same thing happened and was hung up. Now I still don't know when my sofa will arrive.
