I have purchased several times over the past 10 years from Leather Express. The staff has always been extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. If they did not have it on the floor, they found it for me. Their service and delivery is always prompt and professional and I always felt I was being treated fairly. I was also happy to find a company that prides themselves with Made In America products!

Love my new couch! It's perfect. Has 3 motors in each chair, one for reclining, headrest and even Lumbar (My favorite). The delivery did take a while since Covid has pretty much delayed everything but me and my mom both have bought from here and they don't just do leather. We bought Cloth because we have a cat and it is absolutely perfect. Thank you Ron for your constant communication and updates and great customer service. Love this couch!

All their furniture is made in the USA This is why I shop here plus each piece is made to order. You will Never see me shop at those huge big name furniture stores ever again. Leather Express has great furniture& quality leather.

Absolutely the worst! Purchased a loveseat and couch along with their ultimate (Warranty Service 5 year protection plan) What a total scam! Advised by store owner Ron Deluca that this plan was a total coverage plan whereas if there was an issues you would file a claim and this company would send a technician to make the appropriate repair. Filed our first claim on Line as advised.

Instead of a technician arriving, a so called (Kit) arrived in the mail with chemicals. We advised both Ron Deluca, the owner of Leather Express and Warranty service that we are Seniors and have no understanding of these chemicals. (4 calls with no response). Subsequently we filed another claim at the advice of Ron Deluca. His response was absolutely no problem it would be handled. Famous last words. Warranty company again replied with the service coverage expired. Don't get scammed by either of these two business's!

Purchased an electric Fjords recliner and have had nothing but problems. Component changed several times. 8 months later, still not working. We now have received a refund and are super happy to say that Ron, the manager worked with us to resolve this issue. Going back to purchase another chair when store is reopened.

Furniture looks nice but is not that great. Company is terrible at their warranty we bought and paid for.this is August and we have been trying to get this couch fixed since February. Horrible and frustrating! Finally got my cushion fixed! Im happy I got it fixed but I would not purchase anything else from this company!

Bought a leather sofa bed. We are having a little issue with the leather. Called the manager he said he would get back to us. Nothing from the store. we called again they said they are trying to get the warehouse to call us and 2 days later again no one calls back. repairman came and fixed it. He did a great job.

The sales rep Don Austin was fantastic. He treated us like we were family members. We looked around with no pressure whatsoever. Don is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We bought a beautiful couch and loveseat. We would highly recommend Don at Leather Express.

We went to the store in Boca Raton to pick out a leather Couch to fit in our bay window area. We were helped by Ron who spent the better part of 2 hours with us. Ron was very kind and knowledgeable about the colors, styles and product selection. We weren't sure if this couch would fit our bay window so Ron drew a sketch of how it would lay out on the floor and told us to try it then call him back if this unit would fit.

I'm so glad that Ron was not pushy, just a total gentleman, kind and polite. The new couch fits our living room like a glove. Perfect in every way. I highly recommend Leather Express as they are the experts for leather goods. Ed & Donna
