Working with Laura Carrillo and her staff is like working with family, they get you! I enjoy the atmosphere and the artistic look they offer for my home. Just a brief comment on the 1 star review of today; I was that customer there today and by NO means did the owner raise her voice or was disparaging. You should give them another try, they are family owned and trying to make in this world of ups and downs. El Paso Strong!

This was definitely not a great visit - as a business owner I normally like to keep a low profile but when I deem it necessary to apologize to the owner if by any means I offended her, her staff and/or establishment by my presence than it requires a review. I was treated terribly.yelled at in front of another customer not to take pictures and how pictures weren't allowed I was not shown anything, I felt slighted by being followed and asked what do I do, I'm not allowed in this working section, we get a lot of welders who come in and try to take pictures, what did I want there.

I stated to the owner that I always wanted to come in after passing her establishment from leaving Cunningham Distribution (great professional team) and today I made the time to visit. I expressed from looking at her webpage that I made a deliberate effort to come in and visit and see for myself. I stated how everything looked great and how this was my first visit and I was confused on what services were offered.

The setup reminded me of my hometown with an eclectic industrial back drop. I cut my visit short, made my apologies and left abruptly. This is my opinion we all have bad days, owners are no different than anyone. We are all people, but and I stress but! Customer service does not cost a anything. I believe be a professional extend common courtesies to everyone and be impactful.

That is organic to who we are as people not everyone can be great at offering customer service because it is not a part of who they are. Maybe it was just a tough day for everyone!

Laura and her staff create the most beautiful arrangements. We have ordered several from them and we've never been disappointed. They are the best floral artist in town.

Laura Carrillo Designs has helped us tremendously with creating and delivering flowers to local family members in El Paso, TX. We live in Long Beach CA and have had reliable and better than expected experiences with their services. Gorgeous flower arrangements and attentive to customers!

Sooo disappointing. I ordered a bouquet for a friend and when she sent me the photo it was not even close to what I had asked for. It only included one flower that I wanted. I decided to call and just find out what happened and sat on the phone for 40min with the owner accusing me and yelling at me instead of once offering a sincere apology and coming up with a solution to make it better.

I always try to support women owned businesses so it's so disappointing to have to write this review. So the flowers weren't what I wanted, I can get past that, but what I can't get past is the toxic personality of the owner. Save your money and your mental health and buy somewhere else. No vale la pena.

Her designs are unique for sure. I have not been able to find anything like her arrangements in El Paso. There is a sophisticated taste to them so every year I always order flowers for my mother from here. :

Laura and her team did the flowers for my wedding and they did an absolutely fantastic job while making sure to stay within my budget! Loved the collaboration! She is also great about communication and responding in a timely manner, which is difficult to find in the wedding industry. Overall an amazing experience to work with her!

After a brief mixup on Valentine's Day that was mostly our fault, we spoke with Ms. Laura (the younger). She explained everything perfectly and resolved the issue, exceeding our expectations. Thank you so much again.

After researching online for furniture and accessories. I drove 30 minutes there today only to be ignored by at least 4 associates working in the store. I have a new house and had hoped to find some unique furniture pieces and furnishings to purchase-- which they seemed to have! When no one would talk with me or answer my questions I left the store. I was the only customer in the store so it was not like they were too busy helping others. The only acknowledgment I received was a good-bye when I left.

Laura did our wedding amazingly and was very flexible while working with us! Especially with my very picky bride! She goes the extra mile for her customers and has a very good eye and works to fit your tastes.

Wonderful service, had a beautiful arrangement delivered to my mom for her birthday, and she was super happy. They even answered the phone an hour before they opened to take my order. Thank you!

The most tasteful arrangements I have ever had the pleasure of sending to friends and loved ones. They are absolutely lovely and perfect every time. I love the customer service, Laura is simply the best in El Paso!

My sisters sent flowers for my birthday.it was supposed to be 50 Gerber daisies, our favorite, but the florist, Laura Carrillo Designs got the daisy in too late, so they sent a substitute arrangement, that was stunning.today a got the original bouquet and a very nice note for the florist.anyone in El Paso looking for a great florist needs to check them out!

Simply amazing! Laura did my wedding in 2013 and my daughters baptism in 2014. Both occasions we were left in awe! Perfect! Her work is extraordinary!

I live in California but wanted to send flowers to my aunt in El Paso. Doing so over the phone could be disastrous. When I called they were Extremely polite and helpful. I gave the employee my budget and she worked with it. She let me know what they had in stock and what roses she thought would work well. They did same day delivery for a very affordable price.

My aunt was very surprised and very thankful. She loved them. Nice to know there are still companies that offer honest service. (My only concern was the flowers slightly froze upon my aunt's doorstep. So there was a bit of wilting happening but I guess that's Mother Nature's fault. Just an idea. Maybe a cover or plastic wrap of some sort could help when it's cold in Texas. We don't get cold in Cali so I'm not an expert ) Thanks!

I've always preferred to visit a florist's shop before ordering from them. This store is tucked away in a strip mall on N. Mesa. It is not what I would call a traditional flower shop but the Yelp reviews were good and the lady who waited on me assured me the arrangement would be big and nice. She was right, the arrangement was very nice and was delivered on time. The cost was $50 with a $10 delivery fee. It contained orange and pink roses and some beautiful lillies. I definitely will be back.

Truly the best florist in ELP. Lovely design, beautiful flowers and pleasant delivery. Ordered two different bouquets for my wife. It was delivered on time and worth every penny.

I called Laura Carrillo Designs to deliver flowers to my grandmother who turned 100 today. The staff was very pleasant in taking my order. The flowers arrived this morning at the appointed time and they were beautiful My grandmother is so pleased as am I. Thank you!

Wonderful work! I ordered flowers for my mother and individual roses for the 18 8th graders that were acting in her play for opening night. I live in California, so I just had to cross my fingers that it'd all turn out. The girl who answered the phone was extremely helpful, and she was open to my ideas while also adding her own suggestions. My mother told me that everyone kept raving about the flowers and asking where she got them because they were so gorgeous. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be ordering again :

Excellent place to get fresh flowers. The staff there is wonderful and will bring you into the cooler to look at the flowers. Also is a wonderful gift shop and fake flower shop. Recommend for any occasion.
