Looking for particular qualities in a couch & Tattoo Tim sent me pictures of what was available so I wouldn't make an unnecessary trip. One fit the bill perfectly so I came to Albany & bought it! I'm a senior on a limited budget & he even worked a deal for me. Such rare personal, helpful service! I recommend them highly!

A couple that I am related to went to this store looking for a bed for their youngest child. She is an accountant and he is in IT. A salesperson there referred to two other stores that might be more affordable to them without even knowing anything about them or their financial situation. I've been shown more respect and I have less income in my home then they have.

Also a store should be appreciative of receiving business of all levels. The salesmen's loss particularly if they work on commission as there are now many of us who will choose to not spend our money there. There are plenty of furniture stores out there. I'm sure the majority of them would be a much better shopping experience. I would give no stars if possible.

Trevor was very helpful and left us alone to look on our own. He was there if we had any questions and we didn't get any high pitched sales talk. We were so pleased with the quality of their products and friendliness that we bought exactly what we wanted, plus stayed locally to do it. We also want to thank Frankie and Ricky for the excellent service they gave us when they delivered our furniture.

After deciding to go into, "At home furniture and mattress" in Albany, Just check out their inventory and consider a future mattress purchase, we ended up buying a fantastic Serta before we went home! Tim was very knowledgeable and willing to do what he needed to do to check on inventory, and arrange delivery at the quickest possible time. We appreciated our experience today with Tim, and are grateful for the selection on hand at, " at home".

I felt we got best local deal on 2 beds, protectors, delivery & removal of old. Appreciate the price matching offer, low pressure sales and intuitively available staff. I wonder if they give MILITARY discounts? My Son wasn't with me when ordered his bed but I'll be sure he will be for next time to ask when pick out mod-couch pcs & king mattress. We will be return customers!

What a delight. I found this place by accident and ended up working w Cody to buy a few great mattresses. His knowledge and personality were impressive. From greeting to delivery they seriously couldn't have been more genuine and kind. As an Interior Designer and owner of Summit Design Interiors, I do business with a LOT of venders and they aren't all as kind. Great showroom, great people, great ETA's. Highly recommend.

We just purchased a beautiful table set and new bed for my son. I had a wonderful experience here and felt happy with my purchases! The prices are reasonable for good quality furniture and everyone is incredibly helpful and professional. I love going to places where you get great customer service. Definitely will recommend and return here in the future!

My family had their U-haul stolen yesterday with the bedroom set they were going to be using. Tim was the best person I have ever delt with when buying furniture! He listened to our needs and gave us SUPERIOR service! We found exactly what we wanted/needed & adored! We will be going to him anytime we need furniture from now on!

Looking at recliners for my wife, there is no shortage of furniture locations to make your purchase. We like to buy local whenever possible in an effort to keep dollars in the community. Took a short drive down to Albany with several locations in mind. And the first place we stopped was the final. They have a very large and extremely clean showroom with a large number of chairs in a multitude of colors, fabrics, styles and manufacturers.

Gently approached by Cody, who asked to assist and guide us towards styles and features we were interested in. He pointed out a number of features to be aware of and consider. Was very good about giving us the right amount of attention, answered questions and gave us some alone time to get comfortable in the right chair. Definitely he was more interested in our needs and desires than making a quick sale. Much appreciated after visiting stores where you felt like an intruder or a cash and dash commodity. Highly recommend this store

Again another great experience! I highly recommend this place! We've spent a lot of money there furnishing a new home, the delivery is quick and very professional! The sales people are great! They go above and beyond the call to make the sale happen they always take care of us! I'll never buy high quality furniture anywhere else and the prices are great! Thank you hometown furniture!
