I bought a custom couch from here 4 years ago. Seeing how amazingly it has held up over several moves, I'm pretty sure I've more than got my moneys worth. No squished pillows, no frayed edges. You sit on it and want to instantly nap, its so comfy. Plus they measure your house to make sure it fits before they deliver it, which is an awesome service.

Very pleased with my new couch buying experience at Kuhnhausen's. I already knew the couch I wanted to buy before I even walked in the door. So, buying it was just a matter of ordering it. However, they had so many other great and unique choices on the floor room, that I was "almost" swayed to buy a different couch. Claire was so friendly and easy to work with from the ordering to the delivery. I will definitely buy from Kuhnhausen's again when I'm ready for a new chair or loveseat. Thanks!

We just received our new sectional from Kuhnhausen's Furniture and we couldn't be more pleased with the product and the entire experience. Both Shelley and Claire were extremely easy to work with and the communication was stellar. The delivery service was impeccable as they were willing to get everything set up just right in the middle of one of the hottest days we've had and we don't have AC. All were wearing masks including us. I know where I'm going back to for my next big piece of furniture. WE LOVE IT!

Superb customer service is a rare breed these days. Although I felt welcomed and cared for the moment I walked in the door. Claire worked with me to find the perfect couch and fabric. They offer knowledge and information and suggestions, and are not the least bit pushy. I couldn't be more happy with the selection and would highly recommend anyone looking for high quality furniture support this 4th generation Portland business.

It took me awhile to shop at Kuhnhausen for furniture but I was so pleased with the service and the quality I found here I doubt that I will go anywhere else for furniture. For several months I have been looking around town for a couch and chairs but nothing seemed to click until I came to Kuhnhausen-Claire was so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! My sis-in-law and I had a wonderful time sitting in and talking photos of what we liked. I bought a couch and two oh-so comfy gliding rockers and I have a wish list too.

Wow! What a great "family" run store! Very few like this left anymore! My family has shopped for years here and we have purchased lots of different pieces for lots of different rooms! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for unique styles and great prices. Here the customer really is "number one"!
