King Dinettes

We received our custom island today. We absolutely love it. Frank helped us through the process and was so willing to assist us in revising our color choice of the base. We highly recommend Frank and his team! It was well worth the wait.

Dennis, Donna and Frank were great. Dennis helped us build our gorgeous, custom dining room set. Thank you so much for your help. We absolutely love it.

Love these new chairs that we ordered. I would have given them 5 start but our order was delayed by 3 months kinda the norm with this covid thing going on. The table in the picture was made by yours truly

Wow, what a wild experience with King Dinettes. I placed an order for a Bedroom set way back in March of this year. They originally told me the ETA was bout 3 months, but felt like it took forever. The staff, especially Donna my Saleswomen explained to me their was a national shortage on parts and lumber considering it was American made by I believe the Amish anyways.

Finally got delivery today and he wait was so worth it! the quality is the best I have seen. Yes, if you buy at King Dinettes the wait time may be longer than hopeful, but I love my purchase!

Giving king dinette 1 star because a star must be posted to write a review. I don't know how this place has all five star reviews! They must remove the negative reviews that are posted. So I'm not sure anyone will even see this review. I ordered a dinette set back in June and it was delivered mid August. I love the set I was looking forward to receiving it.

The driver unloaded the base and I love the way it looked in my kitchen. I didn't get to see the table top because when the driver took out the four chairs the vinyl upholstery, which I had to pay additional monies for looked Like an amateur Had done them. I Have upholstered chairs myself I'm done a better job. I do not accept the delivery. The driver called His boss and put everything back on the truck and left.

I waited a few minutes to see if someone would contact me. Then I called the store. Frank told me that the chairs were perfect and made no offer to rectify the situation. I told him I took pictures and post them and still he made no offer to rectify the situation. Realizing that I had no recourse I said I would be in touch with my attorney. His response was that I was stupid, and that I had purchased the most inexpensive set in the store.

It was not the most expensive set nor was it the most inexpensive. drove to the store to get my refund. I have never experienced such terrible customer service both on the phone and in the store. No Customer should ever be treated the way that I was that day.

At this point, I really wish that I had the option of giving a half of a star. I ordered a table in May of this year and was told by Donna that it would take 3-4 weeks. It's been 3 months and no table. What's worse is the lack of communication. They have not taken the initiative to call me ONE time to update me on the status. I've called the manufacturer twice and King's Dinette 3 times this week to no avail. Furthermore, when I asked who the owner was, Donna told me it didn't matter.

Perhaps coming online to complain will be the only way I get an acknowledgement, but I won't hold my breath. If you're looking for a company that has pleasant customer service and follow-through, this isn't it.

We were looking for the perfect dining room table for months and couldn't find a thing! I walked right into King Dinettes and found the absolute perfect table! Frank was wonderful to work with and had great knowledge on the products! I've been recommending everyone to King Dinettes. We look forward to when our dining room arrives!

Amazing from start to finish! Solid furniture, knowledgeable staff, fair price and the cherry on top was the delivery. It was a pleasure having their delivery staff in my home. Worth every penny spent! Thank you!

We bought a couch and loveseat at King Dinettes. The manufacturer upholstered it with the wrong fabric. Frank called to tell us and had the manufacturer remedy the situation. When the furniture was delivered, the cushions weren't right; Frank came to our home, took one of the cushions and had the manufacturer make us new cushions which he personally delivered to make sure we were satisfied.

This is the difference when you buy something from a family run Business. Frank is genuinely interested in making sure the customer gets what they ordered and that they are happy with their purchase. I will definitely recommend this store to others and return when I need more furniture.

We bought our kitchen set here almost 20 years ago. Everything is in great shape and still looks like new. Occasionally we'll break one of the stool feet, probably by repeatedly dragging it across the grout on the tile floor. No problem, Frank happily fixes that, and while he's at it, touches up any dings the stool had picked up over the years. He was so eager to help. and then wouldn't accept any payment! In summary, top-quality products and the best sales/service folks on the planet. 6+ stars!

I custom ordered an Amish-made bedroom set (bed and two nightstands). It sure wasn't cheap, but I've had it for a few months now and it seems to be very solid and high quality. The sales experience was very positive. The staff here are very knowledgeable. As promised, the set was made in just over two months and was professionally delivered and assembled in my home.

Wow, what a great place. We special ordered a Calligaris table and chairs from Italy. Frank was great. He spent time looking through the catalogs with us and really knew his stuff. His communication was timely, professional and the delivery was as expected. The delivery crew was equally good. Super nice guys, they took their shoes off inside the house, used drop cloths during assembly, reviewed the care instructions with us, signed the paperwork and used a credit card machine to charge the final balance.

We love the table and are happy we avoided the high pressure sales tactics of the chain furnitures stores that sell mostly garbage that is good from far but far from good. King Dinettes came recommended by a friend and we will pay this recommendation forward to you. Buy with confidence.

We bought a dinette set over a year ago and discovered that one of the chairs has a crack on it. we brought it back and asked if it can be fixed. The response was absolutely we will do it. It took them about an hour and we were not charged for it. Great Customer Service.

Excellent experience and an enormous selection, my wife had anything and everything to choose from. These guys are top notch. The sales guy, Frank is extremely helpful and knows dinettes in and out. They offered us great pricing on a great piece of furniture from the start, no negotiation needed (we shopped around). The delivery crew is very friendly and handles all the pieces with care. I would highly recommend, if you are in the market for a dinette set, to check out King Dinettes.

Waiting since Sept 12 delivery for my pub table to be replaced. Was told by Frank a new base was ordered. Friday Nov 27 he told me it would be delivered today between noon and 2. At noon Christian a very nice and helpful young man arrived without the new base and said he was sent to "fix" my table. He was unable to. Now waiting to hear on next steps. Very disappointed that it came damaged and I was given the expectation that I was getting a new base. Very upset at the customer service. I hope they rectify it.

I ordered 5 counter stools for my kitchen. For some reason, 4 were delivered at one time and 1 was delivered the next day. Upon opeing the boxes, one base on one of the stools was damaged (perhaps the one that was delivered a day late). These are expensive stools and are very high quality. I contacted King Dinettes and was assured that a new base would be sent out. it's been several months and no base was sent and no one responds to my emails.

I just built a new home and have dealt with many online companies and retial stores. I did have some issues with other purchases and everything was resolved without issue. This is the ONLY purchase that has not been resolved. That does not speak well for King Dinettes. The stools are great but the customer service needs much improvement.

Bought a dining set over a year ago. After one month a fabric covered chair fell apart. Someone came out to fix it but did so improperly and it fell apart again (without being used). Brought the piece to the store for repair. Still waiting for resolution. No one returns calls and the store has our furniture. I gave this store one star because you have to check at least one but clearly they are not customer service driven. I will not go back or recommend them as much as I would like to see smaller furniture store do well.
