I will say that the in store experience was pleasant. The saleswoman was knowledgeable and willing to work with us on prices. We left feeling pleased and satisfied with our purchases. We were told to expect a phone call about delivery in the next week or so (We purchased on October 1). Two weeks later, we called to inquire about delivery and they said that we were never put on the schedule so it would be the following Wednesday (October 20).

On the 20th, I received a phone call saying that it'd be the next day, the 21st. On the 21st, I received the same phone call pushing it to the 22nd. On the 22nd, I received a phone call saying it would now be the 27th. With every phone call, the excuses more vague. We decided to find a truck and go pick it up ourselves. The sales lady came and personally apologized for the way we'd been treated-it's not even her company!

The owner, even though he was standing on the sales floor, never came and spoke to us while two employees loaded the truck. Those employees were very kind and we tipped them for their time. After it was all loaded, my fiance went and spoke directly to the owner. The owner never apologized and when he was told we'd be making a Google review he responded "Go ahead, we're closing anyways so what do I care?" He also called my fiance an idiot under his breath. What a poor excuse for a business owner. He's clearly a second generation that doesn't provide the same service the company once did.

Going on 2nd payment being made and still have not received bed. The bed was in stock and was out for delivery last Thursday supposedly. no call no show asked why no communication was told truck down call back in 10 min. No one answered finally got in touch with someone Saturday Was told could be delivered today but again no answer.

I ordered furniture they kept saying they had sent in the paperwork to the finance company. It took 3 week's & it still had not been sent. I kept calling and getting the run around. When I got approved the bedroom set would not be there until December & the mattress until October. They offered to give me the floor model but no discount. I have never had such an awful experience. I don't recommend them at all

Was looking for a lift chair. Came here on a Saturday and was given a price. Came back the next day with my truck and was told it was almost double that price by a different salesperson. He tried to say that a child had come in and ripped the price off the chairs. When I pointed out the lady who had gave me the first price he tried to say that she worked for the flea market. If that was true how did she know how to look up the price on their computer.

I ordered a couch, loveseat, coffee table and end tables. I wasn't told until I was leaving the store that the couch and loveseat were made to order and it would be 6 weeks before they were ready. This did not set well with me. If I had been told that initially I would've been able to decide if that's what I wanted to do, but since I wasn't told until after I had signed papers.this left a bad taste in my mouth.

The six week mark was nearing so i called the store to confirm all was well. I was informed that they wouldn't be ready for another five weeks. All this sounds bad, but I went to the store and spoke with the manager Jared, and he offered to give us a discount on a floor model or to cancel our order. We canceled and the manger was just so cool and nice and friendly about the whole thing. I will definitely shop there again, just because of Jared!

I furnished my home and when my daughter bought her home I thought it would be good to keep business local. Big mistake! She ordered her furniture on the 16th of November and will be sitting in an empty house until it comes in (paid in full with no refunds) delivery times have changed so much possibility of end of November first week of December then middle of December then end of December and now it's end of January. this is horrible customer service at its best as my daughter lives in a house with nothing, nothing to sit on or sleep in buyer beware their service is not what it use to be whatsoever and they simply don't care that they have your money for nothing. No refunds no exchanges no furniture and then they expect a delivery fee on top of everything else.

Daniel sold us a table and chairs for our kitchen. He was friendly and extremely helpful! He went above and beyond. He checked several things for us in the stores database way before we decided to buy any furniture. Great customer service and shopping environment!

They have a kiosk to look up furniture. But the staff we spoke to seemed a little to cool for us. And the horrible stains all over the carpet just made me feel we were at a Goodwill or used 2nd hand shop. If I wanted to shop on a kiosk of just order from my phone. I don't want to give commission to someone who's gonna spend the money on illegal substances.

They allow their employees to lie to you because they'll slide the real information in the paperwork you sign. I was told I would have my furniture in a week. Found out they never even ordered it even though they took my money. a month later and now that I've went through the dispute process with my bank they want to try and get me the furniture. with no compensation. no thanks that's not how I do business.

My wife has a medical issue with her spine. She could not go to the store and wanted me to get her a new recliner. I picked up one that I thought would be easier for her. I took it home and she sat in it once. It was uncomfortable for her back. The owner of Kinders would not take it back or issue credit towards one that she was comfortable sitting in. I would not recommend buying anything from Kinders.
