Walked in looking for a mini fridge, Calvin and the owner were so helpful. They didn't have one in stock but offered to have one brought in from the Boro. I said I needed it today, so the owner (?) Got online and took the time to look up stores that had one in store for me in town today. Beyond exceptional customer service.

We have been buying from Kincaids for over 20 years. We just moved to Tullahoma but we still use Kincaids. If you need an appliance, the staff is extremely knowledgeable unlike the 18 year old at the big box stores who has never done a load of laundry or cooked a meal. As for furniture, they have a good selection and if it is not in the store, they will be happy to order and deliver and set it up.

I have dealt with the Kincaids for over 20 years. They are good people and honor their word. They don't always have the cheapest price. But are usually reasonably priced and very often have the best quality products. I buy all my appliances there and much of my furniture from Kincaid's! They also provide great service if something goes wrong.
In warranty or out of warranty. That makes them hard to beat. They do home theater installations. Mark Kincaid helped me prewire our current home for a future home theater to be installed at a later date.
