Overall great service, however 3 stars because the person who helped us repeatedly touched the outside middle part of their mask to adjust it (not just the top edge), then the chairs (the back part and armrests). The outside of the mask should be considered to be contaminated with CoV2, potentially, and should not be touched. Please communicate this to your employees. We will of course clean the products we purchased. Otherwise, thanks for the service!

Terrible communication and follow thru. Meet with designer twice, they drew up plans. had a final meeting scheduled at new offices, confirmed via email. they never showed up or contacted me. i had to contact them. never followed up after., ending up starting over with a new supplier because of the POOR customer service demonstrated during the design process.
