Was ready to purchase a cabinet an a chair from this shop. One of the cabinet doors was not hanging straight and preventing the cabinet from closing properly and a staff member who appeared to be the owner or manager assured us that they would fix it after we purchased both pieces. We expressed that we did not feel comfortable purchasing a piece of furniture without knowing if it could be fixed but would purchase both pieces once the fix was complete.

At this point, the staff member who had initially been very friendly, became short with us and said several times "if you can't trust me, there's nothing I can do." We had known this man for about 10 minutes and had no reason to trust or distrust him. We likely would have purchased both pieces on the spot if he had maintained professionalism and could provide a written agreement of a full refund should the cabinet not be satisfactory after repairs. However, we were so turned off by the abrupt attitude that we walked away. I would not recommend shopping here.

We absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our couch! It is beautiful and worth the wait as we had ordered it in a particular color and it is comfortable and very well made. We could not be more pleased with the service and the selection they have available. So many wonderful items. You must go and check it out!

Very helpful no matter how much money you spend on furniture.

One of the better selections available in Kona just above Costco. They have tropical furnishings but also some modern resort and cozy ranch pieces to cover the decorum span of BI living. Their prices are fair and the selection is good. I prefer to stop here first, before I go to Home World

Great tropical furniture, lots to choose from. Big showroom! Beds, living room, dining tables and chairs for indoor or outdoor. Helpful staff! They have very nice artwork for walls or display. There are sales on selected items. They deliver (fees are charged though).If you are looking to decorate or shop for your home, Kaloko Furniture is a good start for the tropical look! It fits Hawaiian Style living.

I went in to purchase 2 matching recliners but the problem is when I wanted a particular recliner they had only 1. They said that they need to order the other one. They had 3 different recliner that I was interested in but again they had only one on hand and needed to order the other one that would take about two months to come in. What a waste of time

I only rated this store 1 star because I couldn't choose 0 stars. The furniture is new and pricey. God forbid you have any problems with your furniture. They do not have reliable, consistance or timely solutions for there customers. I do not recommend this company nor would I ever purchase anything from them in the future

Super nice in here. Found a table and chairs set for the lanai. Durable, good quality, and excellent customer service. The guys who delivered we nice fun and energetic. Great job!

This place is beautiful! We ordered an awesome front entry way piece from them. Super service! Awesome owner's. Everyone remarks how great it is when they walk into our home. Mango wood with a rough cut. It looks like an antique. A real focal point.

Their TV ads say it all the deliver island wide, and the employees are really a family. They have a tremendous selection of furniture, including beds and accessories.
