Jordan's Furniture - Avon

We had an amazing shopping experience at Jordan's Furniture in Warwick RI. We were shopping for dining chairs to go with a very unique table. Jason our sales consultant was so amazing and so helpful and helped us create custom chairs that we love! He was so knowledgeable and had such a great sense of what colors would work and even gave us other ideas for our home. Will be back to do more business with Jason.

We went in hoping to find a sofa on sale. We found a whole lot more than that! Dan B assisted us with the sofa and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and fully aware of warranty, delivery and promotions. On our way out, we passed the sleep store. Like many of you, I have a hard time getting a good nights sleep. Nick T took us through the Bridge-It process, picked out the best pillows and took us through the mattress selections.

We made our choice and decided to upgrade to a King sized bed so back to Dan B to buy the bed frame! It was a great relaxing experience. Both salesmen shared their knowledge without us feeling any pressure to purchase. Would definitely recommend Jordan's for quality offerings, great salespeople and the friendly welcoming environment.

We were in need of a new mattress and we were curious about Bridge-it. Our sales person, Danny Cox, greeted us right away, asked us about requirements and quickly educated and scanned us with Bridge-it. Simple, quick and revealing. From there, Danny showed us several options both manufacturers and materials, explaining each along the way. Short story, we are confident we found the right mattress at a company competitive price and it be delivered within a couple of days. Thank you Jordan's and TY Danny, well done!

We went in looking for a bed. Its been quite a long time since we purchased a mattress. Susanne in the sleep lab was fantastic. We first used BridgeIT to determine our alignment and then we tried out several beds in our category. Susanne was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Never once did I feel like I was being "sold". Only that comfort and health were my two goals in choosing. We are looking forward to getting our bed in May.

When we needed to replace our old mattress, we went straight to Jordan's and once again it lived up to expectations. Susanne made it easy to give Jordan's a five-star review. She greeted us at the entrance and took the time to understand our needs and budget. We were carefully measured and tried out several mattresses so we could understand the strengths and weakness of each possible choice.

Although dozens of mattresses were available, careful screening helped narrow things down and we never felt overwhelmed. Susanne is an experienced and highly-trained salesperson, but she never gave us the 'hard sell.' We always felt respected. The store is clean and airy, with room enough to move around in comfort. A good mattress is expensive, but our health is worth the investment. We have no hesitation in recommending Jordan's.

We were assisted quickly. The Sleep Lab Rep Linda was great. She asked pertinent questions to determine what type of mattress we should get. The Bridget system recommended several options. We tested each style recommended and chose one that fit our needs. Linda was professional and very personable. The experience was quite positive.

We were in desperate need of new sofa and loveseat. We had been searching online for a few months. My husband really wanted to sit on them prior to buying. We went to the Warwick store. John was incredibly helpful. We found my husbands dream sofa. It arrived in just a few days. Our other couch is a custom order, so we will be waiting a bit. But well worth it. The men who delivered the loveseat were great as well. They were friendly, helpful and my dogs loved them. So happy with our experience.

We had great experience. Jason Miller outstanding! Really helped us make decisions on fabric, style, etc. was overwhelming to me but he made it easy! We are so happy with our purchase!

Jordan's Furniture has a great selection and quality long lasting furniture. The best thing at Jordan's is by far the service. All of the people who help you with your selection are polite and knowledgeable. Most importantly they offer their help and expertise and then leave you alone to look and experience the furniture on your own or with your family.

They don't follow you around or pressure you to purchase. However when you are ready to purchase or have more questions they are right there to help. I have been shopping at Jordans for over 10 years. It is my go to for all things home. Thank you to all the great employees-especially Mike who has been helping me furnish my home for 10 great years!

We were looking for a home office desk. There was a wider selection at Jordan's than any of the other top 3 furniture stores in our area. The other stores seemed to have their office furniture as second thoughts, stuffed in a corner or scattered around the store. We were approached rather quickly and offered help if needed, then left us to look at our leisure, but popped back to assist us without pressure. Overall a great experience! We got the perfect desk at a reasonable price. Great staff! Not our first purchase at Jordan's, certainly not our last!

Jordan's was the third store that we shopped for Mattresses, we went home owning a new Mattress set. We were comfortable from the Start at Jordan's, our Salesperson, Susanne gave us a direction in which to go and left us alone for a while. We had a question for her, which she answered promptly and directly with answers we understood. She was personable and knowledgeable about the product. Frankly my wife and I were Impressed, especially that we had shopped in two other stores, where we weren't so impressed. Our experience at Jordan's was fantastic and we will be recommending Jordan's to our friends. It was our daughter who recommended Jordan's to us for which we are grateful.

Keri is super efficient and really helpful. She makes you feel like she is working for you not trying to sell you just anything. This is my third time working with her. I highly recommend Keri Murphy and Jordan's furniture.

Got exactly what we wanted selection was good and Larry worked with us very well and our piece was In stock. However something happened that is not supposed to according to Larry there is supposed to be no way this can happen our card was charged twice. As soon as we seen it I emailed customer service to report it and called Larry 5 days later our money for the charge was credited back to our account.

Should have been quicker. Happy with the chair and happy with Larry, customer service not so much. I don't know if it is enough to keep us from coming back for another purchase but it has cast doubts. Mike Foster

Very knowledgeable salesperson with low / no pressure and took all the time I needed to help me with my questions and concerns I left feeling happy about my choice and could not have had a better shopping experience. Jim McDonald was outstanding! And he has even followed up by text and email with me!

I went into the store looking for well made box springs matter and bed frame! Suzanne showed me exactly what I was looking for! She was absolutely a doll a very down to earth lovely women! And if in the future if I need a new bedroom set I would definitely go back and see Suzanne! 5 stars just for Suzanne!

My wife and I have purchased from Jordan's in the past. We always have had a great experience. We love the finance option. Allen our sales consultant was excellent. He was knowledgeable and understanding of what we were looking for. We will definitely be back in the future.

I always really liked the quality and design of the furniture. This last experience, especially the salesman, was an excellent experience. However, Jordan's could make an effort to use more than one finance company. I bought a lot of furniture from Jordan's costing a fair amount of money. This time I had $1000 credit but wanted to purchase a $2000 item.

I had never missed a payment, ever. They turned me down flat. We had to use $1200 of our savings to complete the purchase with tax and delivery charge. Not a good experience. The salesman was visibly disappointed in the finance decision as well. I have "good" credit. Maybe not 800 + excellent score. But good. Sounds like they don't want to sell furniture very badly. I'll probably go elsewhere next time.
