I love this place. I have bought multiple furniture pieces here and i havent been disappointed.

I wanna start off saying the guys that helped us move everything we bought. AMAZING! I loved there personally and the attitudes from every single one of them! If i could I would give them at Dee 5 plus stars. but the lady who answers the phones. Carol. was rude. I work with people on a daily basis and I understand you have good days and bad days but after my fiance and I spent as much as we did I would never in a million years think i'd get talked to the way I did.

She is rude and VERY unprofessional. I spoke to her regarding our pick up time being delayed due to my fiance being in a motorcycle accident. she then proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me if I was not there by 5:55pm I would not get my furniture. It took everything in me not to be rude back to her. with that being said I WILL NOT be coming back.

Being new to the area wanted to check this showroom since not a name recognize. The showroom is quite large lots of furniture, BUT a lot of the items have this faded wood look that reminds me of a beach house. Our tastes are modern styles, glass pieces, comfortable sofas, you won't find that style here. The best comparison of known store would be Ethan Allen, because the prices are fucking crazy.

Do you want to pay $4000 for a loveseat, what about $2000 for a dresser, I'm not even kidding. We look for quality & affordability, this store is out of our price range.

Sale person didn't walk with us to much, handed us a card if we needed anything. We left and next day my husband purchased a double recliner for us at another store in Florence. They deliver tomorrow.

Jordan's is an outstanding furniture store, with a great variety of items to shop from. I purchased a LazyBoy Reclining Sofa and Reclining Love Seat Set with a coordinating corner chair, all done via text with Miss Karen K. Karen worked tirelessly with me to make sure she understood my wants and needs, the fabrics and colors and sizes. I moved into a smaller place and needed appropriately sized pieces. Karen did it all perfectly, as if she could read my mind.

Communication with Karen was excellent. I was never left guessing. And, when it came time for delivery, the delivery guys came EXACTLY when I was told they would, never any reschedules or hangups of any kind. I certainly recommend Jordan Furniture for all furniture needs. I purchased from them 10 years ago when I moved to Conway and now again when I moved to Aiken. They pride themselves on their customer service and Miss Karen made a believer out of me.

Mom worked here, they treated Her and I like family. Do so to this day!

I came here because if the reviews but have been very disappointed. We ordered a couch on labor day. The sales person said the couch would take 6 weeks to arrive at the store. That would allow us to have a couch just before Thanksgiving. I called when the couch was due. They said the couch would now get there just before Christmas. I called on the day they said.

They said the couch would now come at the begining of January and that they would call to let us know when it shipped. I gave them a little extra time to call because of the holidays. They did call on January 11th to let us know couch had shipped! They said it would arrive this week and they'd call us when it arrived. It's Saturday and we still haven't gotten a call.

The excuse is always covid but covid has been here for almost a year. If shipping is going to be more than double what they've said that's a problem and I expect some kind of compensation but have received none. The store has a large variety of well known brands. The sales people are nice although I feel they should have kept in touch with me instead of me calling all of the time.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and had a couch in stock that we were looking for. We recieved a good price and purchased the couch. They do charge a delivery charge that I feel should have been free, but I agreed to the deal. I will buy there again.

Very few stores in town carry lift recliner chairs. Sure you can go to a medical supply place, but you will pay a higher price. I found Jordan furniture had a full line of lift recliner chairs in different sizes and fabrics. I went in found the one that fit and was simply to operate and wouldn't you know it the floor model was the only one left in the fabric I liked.

Sales person contacted owner and he resolved the issue. He gave me the next model up at the price of the model I loved and discounted the delivery. When it arrived, the guys were pleasant and assembled it in minutes and went over the operating and warranty. I have purchased other furniture at Jordan's and they always service the customer, which is a rarity in todays world. And they honestly care about your furniture needs. Give the furniture store a chance the next time you are looking to update or just need a comfortable recliner.
