If your pool water is cloudy and you cannot clear up the problem, check to see if the pH level is within the proper range. If it is, check the filter for dirt. Be sure your sanitizer is in the correct range; raise the level if needed. You should clean your pool filter periodically to remove dirt. Grease, oils, and scale can also leave harmful residues on your filter and cause it to work improperly. Be sure to give your pool a routine shock treatment to destroy combined chlorine compounds like hair spray, suntan oil, cosmetics, and perspiration.

We had purchased a home in early July with a pool that hadn't been opened yet. We have never owned a pool and had no clue where to start. After calling what I thought was every single pool service around only to be told that no one can help us, it's too late in the year, I found Jack's pools. They were the only company willing to help us. They were also very busy, but instead of dismissing us, they went out if their way to help!
They offered to walk us through installing everything if we wanted it open before they could make it out, no one else even tried to help. I will never use another pool service again. Their customer service is amazing, I really can't say enough about it! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Jack's Pools, our kids thank you too
