I was very pleased with the attentive service I received when I visited the store. I had my small dog with me and made sure they were pet friendly so I could bring her in. Of course they were. : I inquired about a specific couch that I had found online and they could get it for me and it was similar in price. Although that particular couch didn't end up working out for us, I will for sure keep this store in mind for all my furniture needs in the future.

BEWARE. Bought a couch, chair, and end tables from J&L and was it delivered Nov 2019. We noticed issues right away with the couch. J&L washes their hands of the transaction once the furniture is delivered. You are turned over to 3rd party company. It is now Nov 2021 and we are still waiting for our replacement couch. At no time has J&L offered to compensate or help other than calling the 3rd party company and relaying there excuses to us. Buyer Beware. Poor customer service.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with J and L Furniture. I ordered a custom sofa and leather chair on July 27,2019. After 4 long months with one excuse after another it was delivered on November 19th with the sofa delivered in the wrong color. I would call requesting an update on the sofa and calls would not be returned. We had to take the sofa back to the store ourselves to get the monies returned on Jan 13, 2020. Almost 6 months and still no sofa! Needless to say I would never buy anything else there or recommend it to anyone.
