My favorite store. The salesman was helpful. We met the owner. Such a sweet knowledgeable lady! We also know other members of the family. Too bad we couldn't get another set of chairs. Now I have to find pads to fit the chairs. These are a learning curve to sit in! The chairs match our 1974 table!

Great section of furniture very helpful. Great quality furniture and the prices reflect that. It truly is you get what you pay for. No comparison at all to the wholesale furniture places.

Infinger has a really great selection of furniture for any style, and the in-store experience is really pleasant. We had spent a long day looking for bedroom furniture and finally found a perfect set. We were told that it would be back in stock in a little over a month, which is a big reason why we went with this set over others. It's now 3 months later and the delivery date continues to be pushed back.

I understand that there are shipping issues worldwide right now, but it feels like we are getting the run-around every time we call for an update. I'm disappointed by the lack of straightforward communication.

Great customer service experience with Bob Causby today. Everyone was very professional, gave us space to shop around, and had a really nice selection. We have been to furniture stores all over town and finally found our master bedroom pieces today! Would definitely recommend checking their large showroom out

This was one of the best shopping experiences ever! Sales folks are friendly and helpful but not annoyingly so. Our sales person, Eve, was amazing - knowledgeable, pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile. The sofa we selected was high quality and fairly priced, compared to the two other stores we visited. Our sofa was in stock at their warehouse, so we were able to pick it up two days after purchase (only because they are closed on Sundays.) My husband picked up the sectional at the warehouse and said the staff was courteous and had outstanding customer service!

They went out of their way to assist him. He also mentioned it was one of the cleanest warehouses he'd ever seen. At a time when customer service seems to be declining overall, Infinger stands out as one of the best!

Great place to shop of you are looking for any furniture! We found a bedroom set and mattress that we love! Ask for Eve and she will take great care of you!

We've bought most of our furniture from Infinger. We've always had great service. When we were buying our dining room furniture a price was quoted incorrectly(same thing happened when we checked on that item from other stores) and Infinger honored the quoted price. We also like that many brands are American made.

Absolutely! I have bought furniture from Mrs. Infinger for over 25 years! Greatest people and great furniture very reasonably price! Would always buy from there.

They had nice furniture, very good quality but the customer service could be better. My visit for the first time was way longer than it needed to be, when other customers had more priority over me. Not good to be in a store for over an hour after you have chosen what you wanted.

We worked with Madison, he was great and knowledgeable. We purchased a king bed, dresser, dinning room set and buffet. Only downside was no bundle pricing or deals, after spending 6k, and still need to get more, it would have been nice to have some flexibility. That would have helped seal the deal on a couple other items that we felt we could get better pricing in elsewhere.

Purchased our first custom Bassett sectional and are absolutely in love with it! We ordered it 6 months in advance due to the current state of the supply chain and it was finished just in time for the completion of our new home build. Erin called us when there was a slight delay to keep us informed. Infinger's warehouse stored the furniture for us until we closed and delivered in a timely and very friendly manner when we were ready to receive it! Great experience with a great locally owned store.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would! It's pretty sad when you pay for a peice of furniture and your told it will be 6 weeks and a year later you still haven't received your furniture and every time you call to find out what's going on they give you the run around. I would highly recommend No one buy their furniture from here especially if it has to be built. I'm not sure how this store has such great reviews?

Nancy at the Goosecreek store was extremely helpful and efficient. We Were closing on our home and really wanted to take advantage of the sale and she made it happen so we could get what we needed held until the following day after closing. The delivery men were just as wonderful, I got my in stock items within days not weeks.

Found a beautiful chair for my bedroom with Bob's help. He was friendly, helpful and professional. They've got my business!

I bought a Bassett sectional and several other pieces of furniture from Infinger furniture back in 2020, Immediately after we bought the couch it held stains even from plain water. We kept reaching to Infinger furniture and they replaced one of the covers for the couch. However, my complaint is that this couch has gotten stain from the time we bought it!

I will never shop at Infinger again because when we first started complaining that the couch held stains something should have been done about. They did very little to help us until the factory warranty ran out and now we are dealing with the fabric warranty company, which sent someone to clean the couch and stained it worse! I think Infinger should have done more to help us when we first started complaining about the couch.

Now we are stuck with a 5,000.00, couch that stains very easily! I believe there was a step or flaw in this fabric made in the making of it and Infinger furniture should have done more for us dealing with this problem. I wouldn't recommend anyone to Infinger furniture!

This family owned store is the best ever! Their customer service is outstanding, and the store is absolutely beautiful! Don't even think about shopping for furniture anywhere else! We have purchased an awful lot of furniture there and I've been very happy with everything.

Good quality furniture. Bought two couches from them almost two years ago now and we are still very happy with them. We liked the couches so much that we went back for two swivel rocking chairs which we love. The furniture has held up really well even though we have two cats - they can't get their claws into the slicker, tight-knit fabric. The furniture takes a little while to arrive after you order, but it was worth the wait in our opinion!

Very nice customer service was given. The gentleman took his time explaining and looking up quotes and prices. Lots of great selections. But great customer service and quality goods did it. Thank you

I recently purchased furniture from Infinger Furniture for my den and I am very pleased with their customer service and the quality of the furniture they carry. They went above and beyond to make this a pleasurable experience in very trying times. My salesman, Mark, did an excellent job helping me make the right purchases so my den looked the way I envisioned. I give them 5 stars.

We bought a massage recliner that never sat evenly. It actually ended up splitting at the frame and the motor burned out when a piece fell out from underneath. The chair is clearly defective. We have had a repairman come to the house twice already and he told us the chair can not be completely straightened. The motor will require ANOTHER visit. to fix it.

Upon calling Infinger.they won't replace or refund and are calling ANOTHER repairman to fix the chair. They claim the chair can be fixed but yet, it IS NOT! We have had a broken chair in our living room for 3 months.the service at Infinger has not been friendly and we will not shop there again. We are so frustrated with the lack of proper customer service and attitude received from the store about this matter.

I worked with Anna and she went above and beyond to help us create the perfect couch. Music she also helped us with other purchases within the store and was always available for us.

I needed waterproof bed pads for two queen size beds fast. Infinger's has them in stock & went above & beyond by arranging delivery by an employee who came promptly with the order!

We've purchased furniture from Infinger Furniture over the years. We love the quality and longevity from our previous purchases so we went back for new bedroom furniture. Bob Causby was excellent to work with and provided all the information we needed. We recommend this store to family and friends constantly!

I still have a leather recliner chair that doesn't work. Have been waiting for months for repair. Has nor happened yet. I've bought a lot of other stuff from infringer but this is the worst yet. May never buy anything else again. Not even a reply from the management of the store.

The sales staff at Infinger went above and beyond to help me with a sofa purchase. I brought fabric samples home with me on more than one occasion! Outstanding experience! The sales persons were excellent, willing to show us what we asked them to and provided the details we were looking for. The showroom was clean, bright and inviting. Our delivery was on time and the gentlemen were polite and extremely careful navigating our furniture up two flights of stairs. We would recommend this company to all of our friends.

This is the worst furniture store I have ever been to! I wish I could give them no stars, but I guess the lowest is 1 star. This place is a joke! When you have an issue and ask them about it they are rude to you and don't seem to want to help you. I will be going somewhere else when I need to buy furniture! Never again will I waste my money on this crappy store!

My wife and I recently moved to Goose Creek and stumbled upon this furniture store. We walked in and we were immediately greeted by friendly staff, as you would expect at any furniture store. We were greeted by Armand. He was extremely polite and definitely knew his furniture companies. We picked out a king bed set with some other pieces and a mattress($3K+ total).

Once we checked out, we were explained that they had everything on hand besides the actual bed frame. We were assured they would find out the next shipping date from the factory. We were expecting a call back that night or maybe the next day just to have a general idea when we should expect our bed frame. Well 3 weeks later, 3 phone calls to them asking, we finally get an answer as to when we should expect the bed frame.

Each time I called the process on how to track the frame was explained to me like it was a chore for them, which frustrated me, like I was causing them an inconvenience. I guess after spending $3K+ at this business I was expecting to be treated better and not feel forgotten. We do love the furniture we got and the delivery men were pleasant to briefly deal with as well.

Have to say Customer Satisfaction is not guaranteed at Infinger. I recently purchased a sideboard table after seeing the color I felt would work in a catalog Infinger had me browse, when the table arrived it was damaged, I was picking up the table so the table was still at the store, the table was re-ordered. However, once I picked up the second table and the color didn't work and the finish wasn't exactly as the catalog.

I called the store the next day, I didn't want a refund, but I did want to return it and continue to look in Infinger for another table. I was refused, primarily because the first table was damaged and now they would have two tables. Appears Infinger is not concerned with Customer Satisfaction/Happiness when Infinger has to make sacrifice for the customer. I've purchased furniture from Infinger in the past, but not any more. Appears you don't know Infinger doesn't provide Customer Satisfaction until you have a problem.

Infinger might have a selection of furniture you like but AFTER the sale they forget about customer service! We called them about getting sofa cushions replaced ("Lifetime warranty" from the manufacturer). and we were told we would have to pay $300. We agreed; paid and picked up the cushions. Sadly-- the salesperson ordered the WRONG cushions and Infinger would NOT make the correction.

They made the mistake when THEY placed the order- they never asked us which of 3 firmness choices did we want; yet they refuse to correct THEIR mistake. Will NEVER shop there again.

Best furniture store in the area! If you are looking for quality furniture and great customer service this is the store to shop at. We have looked at every store in the area and always return to Infinger. We have purchased a mattress, love seat, bedroom set and sectional sofa from the store. Extremely please with every piece. They carry Bassett Furniture which we love.

I visited this store for the first time about a week ago and enjoyed the selection and quality of the furniture. Our salesperson, Bob, was very friendly and helpful. They are a mid level store, not super high end or low end. They have traditional pieces as well as more contemporary pieces. I haven't purchased anything through them yet. I recommend checking it out, Bob made the experience memorable and gave us great options. I will definitely shop there in the future.

If there were an option, I wouldn't leave any stars. Infinger's delivered a broken headboard with a shoddy repair job. It's been almost two weeks and they're still giving us the runaround. They promised that they would replace the headboard. However, they don't seem to care about our broken headboard or their reputation now that they have all of our cash. UPDATE: Infinger's has informed us that they will NOT be replacing our headboard, because the manufacturer will not allow THEM to return the headboard.

They sent over two repairmen with crayons, markers, and a lighter to fill in the cracks of the headboard. Furthermore, they have informed us that we will be stuck with a 25% restocking fee should we return the furniture.
