When I bought house in 2007, I need it a a lots of furniture so my friends Recomended me this store. I was extremely happy with quality, design and prices. Till today, the furniture is still in good condition. This year I plan to update furniture and will be going through them again. They have best variety, modern style, quality and good prices.

I spent weeks looking for a bedroom set and a mattress and finally made it to iStyle. Sergey spent hours with me and I left without buying anything but I came back because the prices are super competitive and the selections are super unique and varies. Sergey spent more hours helping me, showing me different options. When I finally made up my mind he gave me a timeline and I was willing to wait but iStyle made it a point to deliver everything earlier. The delivery guys were great and professional. They assembled everything quick and quiet and left with out a mess. I would strongly recommend iStyle Furniture.

Horrible you pay top dollar for furniture and you dont get all the pieces to your furniture and all they can tell you is they will call you back give you the runaround for 5 months very bad business!

This place will rob elderly! Do not shop here! My mother purchased a couple of couches on nov 10 2020. We were given the floor model during COVID without our knowledge. Till this day 10 months later still no 2nd sofa. they have been holding our money hostage for almost a year. No apology no nothing. Just rude shady people giving my poor mother the run around. now instead of giving the couch they want me to pick up my money. they would let us return the couch that was a floor model and we are stuck with on couch that doesn't match. This place is a joke

You will receive zero customer service here. If you buy here prepare to deal with faulty furniture. About a week after delivery, the ottoman faux leather started peeling off and they blamed it on our cleaning method. We never cleaned it prior to filing a claim. I hope they don't rip you off. Good luck.

No salesperson ever approached us and truth is the furniture for the most part was not our taste. Maybe they profiled us a little and that's why they didn't bother approaching us? Which in truth is kinda fair lol. I think the real story is there just was not more than 1 salesperson available.

Thank you for working with us. Due to the pandemic, there was a long delay in getting our furniture and the factory forgot to make one piece of our sectional, also the one recliner was different. But the manager in North Randal worked with us and upgrades us to a larger, better sectional, wanting us to be happy, and we are! 5 stars

UPDATE: I did actually receive a new table top so I've updated to 2 stars. The lack of coordination and information prevented me from making a higher rating. I was called on a Thursday to tell me that the replacement would be there Friday, and I could come get it any time after 11, with one hour advanced notice. I called Saturday to go pick it up at which time I was told that they don't do pick ups on the weekend.

The lack of coordination and information between employees/departments was frustrating but I'm glad it's over. I went in and bought a dining room table in October and was told it was in stock and could be picked up the next day. The next day I got a call saying it was not in stock and would be in by the end of the month. At the end of the month I called and was told it would be by the end of November.

When we finally got the table home and opened it one corner was smashed. I called the store and was told that someone would call me on Monday. When no one called me back, I tried calling the store and was sent to voicemail each time. I blocked my number and called and they answered! Because it was then obvious that they were dodging me, I went up to the store to talk to someone.

I showed the manager the pictures of the table and they told me to file a claim online and it could take a month to hear back from the manufacturer. I filed a claim on November 9th and have not heard a thing from istylez. I called today to try to get an update on the claim and the lady said "I'm taking down your information, I'll talk to the claims manager and call you back. Bye." And basically hung up on me.

I knew then I would never hear back from her or anyone else at the store. I'll have to go back up there to get any kind of resolution because otherwise they'll never give me any update. I highly doubt that they even submitted a claim to the manufacturer. I believe they just tried to placate me and hope that I would eventually give up. It's unfortunate that they treat customers like this and feel like they don't have any responsibility to the people that keep their business going. Buyer beware!

Do not throw the money here. this is a really big scam. I ordered a bed and a mattress. supposedly a value of 3000, I immediately gave half the money. believe me that I knew it would get a plastic cheap bed frame, I would never even spend a cent here. never buy anything you can not you see, and until you touch it, my big mistake. everything is shaking, nothing is solid.

Several times they said that they would come and see, no one had ever appeared. Not even a response to the call. Watch where you buy furniture. do not spend your time and your money on this place.

THIS IS THE WORST STORE EVER! Merchandise was thrown all over the shelves and the floors, there was no organization! I asked for help and I basically got laughed at! The store manager STACE, was sloppy and very RUDE! The employees were just walking around if you try to ask them a question they ignore you or walk away! On the dressing room there was a used needle!

I have never been so unsatisfied with a company or there product. Poor quality and terrible customer service. When we bought the furniture we had delivery appointment that they didn't keep. They delivered a day late which was the morning of my father's funeral, needless to say I wasn't very happy. No apologies. They certainly were not in a hurry either.

Very disappointed with them from the very start. A few months later the arm on the chair broke so we called to have them come look at it. They were put out we even called. They were rude and it took weeks and weeks for them to fix it. Now we have the same problem with the couch and can't even get someone to call us back. Its been two months and they still have not taken care of this.

The furniture is barely a year old. No kids or animals to beat it up, so its just very cheaply made. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM ANYMORE BUSINESS! Shame on you iStyle. I don't want to give them any stars.

I love this store! They have a great contemporary selection of furniture that was so hard for me to find in Pittsburgh. I love my leather couch and my dining room set that I bought from them. I get a ton of compliments from my friends. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. They were very friendly, professional and delivered my furniture all the way to Pittsburgh, PA

If I could give this store a 0 I would. I needed a bedroom set before my grandma came to visit, so I went in and specifically asked the lady."if I pick out a bedroom set today can have the bedroom set by a certain date?" ( which btw was a month away) she said yes, sure no problem. I asked her what day would I get the bed and she said to call the delivery dept.

So I called the 1 800 number they gave me for delivery and no one would pick up or call me back. I did this for a week and a half! Finally, I called store and they said they would call me back. another week or so went by and I didnt hear anything so I called them back again. Finally someone there told me the bed wasnt in stock! I was so upset! 3 weeks of No one helping me. they wait for a week before I need the set to tell there was nothing they could do. So, I went into the store upset because I wouldn't have a bedroom set in time.

I spoke to a gentleman there and he showed me another bedroom set that he said I could have by the date I needed it. I agree to get the bedroom set because I needed one desperately I waited a week and I still didn't get a bed. I called back again the lady I spoke to was very rude to me she actually hung up on me in the middle of my sentence.she did eventually call back I wasn't able to pick up so she left a message saying that they had the bed and would deliver it the day before I needed it.

She said someone would call me with the time. so I waited untill the day before the bed was due i didnt hear from anyonr so I decided to call and can you believe they said they couldn't deliver the bed. :0/ I finally said forget it and tried to cancel the order and they said I would have to pay a $400.00 cancelation fee! They said my bed would be in by Dec and wanted to make me wait for it.

I ordered the bed in October. I needed it by November. they wanted to get it to me by the middle of Dec. That was over 3 months they expected me to wait for a bedroom set that i would have never agreeded to buy if i wasnt going to get it on time. I will never buy anything from these people. The staff was rude and I had such a hard time dealing with them. Finally they delivered the wrong bed the dresser was chipped and they didn't have the end tables. I canceled the whole order.
