If you are looking for quality indoor and outdoor furniture, look no further. We have bought several pieces of furniture from Heron's Amish Furniture and I love them all. This is our latest buy. Ask for Jeri, she is very helpful, knowledge and informative on all the furniture and answered all our questions.

Had a great first impression, however the lack of follow-up and response from our sales person has minimized our experience. It feels as if once the sale was secured, she no longer cared about responding to questions or details regarding our order, even though she stated she would. At this point, I wish there was a way to cancel the order. We love the option of custom Amish furniture, however we'll take our business to another location.

Stopped by while traveling through Ohio just to look around. My wife and I just enjoy browsing through Amish furniture stores, as you never know when you are going to find something you just can't live without. Everything imaginable in exceptional quality. We've been searching for a unique coat tree for years and one of theirs caught our eye. And since it was discounted, we brought one home. It is the perfect accent to the foyer in our home. Very pleased!

Jeri with a J was amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with. We walked in to look and left with a whole new bedroom set. We didn't feel pressured to buy, I asked a million questions and Jeri took the time to show us all the options. Very impressed with the selection and pricing but more importantly her customer service. If you're planning to stop in, make sure Jeri is there to help you!

Today I took delivery of my 4th purchase from Herron's furniture. Because of the pandemic it took 7 months to get my sectional. They were very helpful in keeping me appraised of the status of my order. It is more beautiful than I remembered. Thank you Herron's

I highly recommend Herron's. The sales team is low-pressure but extremely knowledgeable. They are all very friendly, and seem to enjoy their job and helping people. The furniture seems to be high quality. The whole process of ordering and setting up financing was fast and easy with Michael. Even delivery was a breeze---we were told that our chairs would be delivered at 2:15---they arrived at 2:14!

The delivery guys were also friendly, and careful with the chairs. We had one little hiccup (our issue, not Herron's) and Jeri bent over backwards to figure out what would make us most happy. Her and the owner (Rob?) were extremely gracious and focused on finding a happy solution for everyone. It is so refreshing to work with a business that truly puts their customers first. We will do all of our furniture shopping at Herron's!

Great experience buying a table from Herrons. Professional and knowledgable. Really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

A little pricely, but I was very happy with the way the furniture look. I ordered it in early March, they told me it would be finish on August 26, I recieved it in late September. So I wasn't happy with that. Also I had to keep calling them to find out why my order was late.

My wife and I have purchase many great pieces of home amish furniture pieces and also outdoor merch! We have always had great friendly serivice and I highly recommend this great store! Stop by and take a look for yourself. You will be treated like family! Great quality products that last a lifetime!

Although I wanted to buy everything, sadly I could not. If you want furniture that will last a lifetime and built with true craftsmanship then look no further. You will have to shell out some coin though.

We ordered a beautiful dining room set in September after purchasing our new home. They told us it would be about 12 weeks. We got the call 12/24 that it was ready to be delivered and they could deliver it that day. Wow I was amazed at how nice they were to get us our order on Christmas Eve! When the guys showed up they actually took their shoes off on the porch so they didn't dirty our carpets.

Again so awesome! We got 3 leaves with our table and one of them had some damage to it so they took it back to be refinished and it should be back in about 2 weeks. I am so pleased with the customer service we received. Definitely recommend them if you want high quality furniture

The design staff (Jerri) was fantastic. She listened, recommend, and made our selections easy.

Beautiful made products, bit on the expensive side of prices but you pay for having great quality of work done that will last a long time.

Products easily a 5 stars. However, customer service of the sales staff -5. I've made several decent orders from the place, again, can't say enough about the quality of the outdoor furniture and other products. However, by nature it is a custom made to order process. Good luck getting updates from sales staff, even when you call 5 times to ask.

I ordered and PAID for outdoor furniture August 1. I was told there was a delay of 12-14 weeks because of a fire at the factory. Completely understood. However, I was told they would have a better time frame in 6 weeks and would call. I waited 8 weeks, just to see if there was an estimated time frame. Told they didn't know, but would call back after calling manufacturer.

Repeat this process 3 more times over the next several weeks. I call to see if there is an estimate, told I'd be called back-never happened-ever time. Finally called, no answer and left a message-at the 17 week mark from order and payment; only took a few days for a return call. Was told order would be on next truck, but regardless they would get a status and notify me when my order would be in.

Still no call back. I'm not upset with the order delay as much as the complete and utter lack of service. I will have to find somewhere that carries the quality products, because the sales staff completely negates the quality of the products. If you feel compelled to shop here only buy from Herron's if you can take it home, because once the same is made you don't exist to them. They are very competent at taking your money and placing an order, delivery and follow-zero.

I love my Amish adjustable bed! I have back problems and love the ability to Set it at various positions to rest comfortably. The staff at Herron's go out of their way to help.

Let me start out by saying that this is not my first time dealing with Herron's. Previous transactions were satisfactory, mainly because they were single day transactions. We purchased, paid for, and accepted delivery in the same day. This time however, our purchase ( mattresses and motion base) needed to be ordered. Our main issue is that no one from Herron's will return our phone calls after leaving multiple messages.

All we wanted was an update on our order status. Our salesman Michael, promised to get back with us after speaking to him on Labor Day in the store. This of course never happened. We then called back and left multiple messages for Randall the sales manager, none of which were retuned. This was no small order we placed. Based on this experience we will no longer consider Herron's for future purchases. The lack of customer service is troubling, especially when one spends as much as we did.

From shopping in store with Esther to delivery of our furniture from Herron's, our experience has been above and beyond what we expected! The craftsmanship and quality is excellent! Comparison shopping found Herron's reasonable in that total price was lower with much better quality! Will not hesitate to shop with them again!

Herron's is a great store! They recently relocated to Napoleon, which is closer to me, much to my husband's chagrin. Over the years I've special ordered several pieces of furniture. It's always beautiful and reasonably priced. I don't think there's a room in my house that doesn't have something from this terrific store.

Their showroom has a great selection and their staff helped us through our special orders making them quick and easy. I've sent several people to Herrons and they have been happy as well.
