I know it is Spring, but we are finally really enjoying our RH Peterson logs with adjustable flame controls. Unfortunately the initial set did not work properly after being installed before Christmas. Thanks to the tenacity of Jeannie Lambert with Hearth & Patio, we received the necessary replacement unit. She managed to expedite a reluctant warranty department into action. Hats off and we'll be back. Rick & Cindy

Always nice to visit this store. Products and layout are great. Prices are high but the furniture is high quality. You have to get to know the staff because they are not all as inviting as those in other high end outdoor furniture stores.

Real good selection for being kind of the end of season. Very very helpful associates and not pushy. Answered all questions and helped with a few asseries. We'll be back when we need porch table and chairs.

Friendly and knowledgeable concerning our needs for gas logs. Our guests comment often on the looks and heat. Would recommend with confidence the products and services provided by Hearth and Patio.

I have tried to go in and amend my earlier review. I cannot seem to figure out how to do this - or to at least tag my review with an update. **** After my review posted, an immediate and heartfelt concerned response by customer service helped to get this project quickly back on track. Some of what happened was an unfortunate crossed signals communication regarding this project.

The final result was a fireplace that works great and a screen that looks fabulous, exceeding our expectations. In particular I would commend, and recommend Donna. She turned this around so I could give them a 5 star comment.

Just left completely blown away by the customer service, salesperson knowledge of their products, and overall experience! My husband and I (read: mainly my husband!) have been looking for gas logs and have certainly done our (his) research! We had just left another competitor store (*cough-Casual Living Store-cough*) and although we were ok with buying from the competitor, we felt EXTREMELY satisfied and like we were getting exactly what we wanted from Hearth & Patio.

Unlike the other store, we were greeted right at the door with a knowledgeable saleswoman (Cindy) and right away taken to their wide range selection of gas logs at all price points (which we really appreciated since we were buying for our first home!) We ended up buying from Hearth & Patio and we're really glad we did! On another note, their customer service was incredible!

We had a semi-fussy 6 month old baby who needed his bottle and the folks at Hearth & Patio were extremely accommodating with us as we needed to feed him right there on the showroom floor! We also got to chatting with another salesman named Wayne who was so nice and helped us make our decision on the gas logs as well! Overall, it was a great experience and we're so happy that there are great local businesses like Hearth & Patio around the Charlotte area! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Absolutely horrendous customer service and communication within their own company. Sent an email through their website asking if they could get a specific part for my fireplace. All the info was in the email. Then Wayne contacts me saying "I received your request for a price on a Heat & Glo Fireplace, which model are you interested in so I can quote it for you?". Nope, wasn't my message at all.

He refused to actually get my message with part numbers on it from his company. I didn't have the info on me. Then when I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to, he completely ignored my emails. Edit: Not my fault what information is or is not given to your sales rep from your own company when a customer submits an email through your web site. And definitely isn't my fault when I asked to speak to someone else, I was ignored.

Jeannie Lambert at Hearth and Patio is a treasure for this store. She knows her products but more than that she truly cares about the client and goes above and beyond to help. I had issues with a wide range of topics and after discussions with many stores/companies she is the only one who was willing to go above and beyond to solve for what we needed.

She asked questions and suggested things that we had not even considered. If it wasn't for Jeannie our project would not have turned out the way it did. My wife and I are forever grateful for her and will return to this store because of Jeannie. She even remembered our daughters name. Jeannie is 5 stars and provides the WOW factor. The products this store offers are also high quality. Combine high quality products with a high quality consultant like Jeannie and you get 5 stars all day long.

Contacted Hearth & Patio to help remedy a gas fireplace insert issue. Was blown away by the customer service, knowledge and products. Wayne Lempko worked with me over the phone and via text to help diagnose the fireplace issue. Provided advice, support and recommendations real time after normal business hours. Then I met him in person. Wow. He made the initial fireplace decision easy. Was informative and knowledgeable. Was in the market for a fire pit and outdoor furniture too. so lo and behold. he walked me thru the entire facility. Made recommendations, provided insight and suggestions. Walked out after expecting to only buy a fireplace insert.

Left buying that, a fire pit, and outdoor furniture, and learning about the amazing resource that Hearth & Patio is for so many things. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, GREAT to work with. Will go back and recommend you check it out if you haven't already.

I've been very pleased with the service I've been given in picking out and purchasing my gas fireplace. Wayne kept me informed of everything along the way. Installation is in progress and was actually held up by a wasp nest in the chimney. GWT is installing the fireplace and they have been fantastic to work with as well.
