We just recently purchased living room furniture pieces locally here at Great American. What a great experience. No pressure sales, take your time mentality, large selection of any type of furniture, and great customer service. Highly recommend these guys.

The worst experience I've ever had buying furniture. I'm a senior citizen and don't see well. They pulled a bait and switch on me. They sold me a new recliner chair then switched it with a floor model with a defective back that made me sit funny, and caused back problems. They wouldn't let me return it but would give me a store credit, like I want to do business with them again. They picked it up, fixed it the next day and wouldn't return it for over two weeks. These are bad people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Scott at GAFW in Redmond was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The bedroom set we purchased we absolutely love! It's solid, well built and gorgeous. The team of furniture delivery guys were also very professional and dependable. We are very pleased all around with our experience here.

Cory and Jim was very helpful and saved us about % 500 off our budget. We went to Wilson's next door at first, while they were very nice, their prices were extremely high for the same quality. I will only buy from them now.

We are repeat customers of them. We love the selection and quality. We have been buying furniture from them since 2010 and will continue. Dustin is always a pleasure to work with and they make things so easy for the customer. We appreciate their professionalism and customer service! I'm sure we will be back again soon!

My wife and I just bought our first ever brand new piece of furniture. And we are both 40! So very glad we went here to look. Good selection and a great price. Not much more cost then a department store but a much better product, selection and helpful staff. Thanks Corey for helping and making it easy.

Absolutely horrible, horrible place. I will NEVER shop there again. I will be sure to recommend the bend store because they were much more professional and nice. To make a long story short, I bought a bunch of furniture from the Redmond store, originally was told that I could take two pieces home, as well as an end table. As we are loading up the furniture Cory came out and stated that he did not feel comfortable taking the end table that he already told me I could have, off of the floor.

He then stated that I would have to wait for my end table and love seat to be delivered on Tuesday. Mind you this was on Friday. And that I could come pick it up anytime after Tuesday, which the following Friday is the only day I have off work, Friday comes around and I get a call that my furniture will not be in the store until Friday afternoon, and that they would call when the furniture arrived. Had some errands to run in bend then Redmond so about 11am went to Redmond then bend, diddled around and come 3:30 still no call, so I decided to go to the Redmond store, when I got there I was told that the furniture HAD NOT EVEN BEEN LOADED IN THE TRUCK IN BEND and they had no ETA on when the furniture would arrive in Redmond.

I was furious, I had been lied two multiple times. They then told me I could drive to bend to get the furniture, so I drove back to bend to find out that I was getting furniture from off of the floor!? I was just told they could not give me furniture from off the floor. With all of this, the salesman we dealt with, whose name is Cory, was HORRIBLY unprofessional, very rude and quite egotistical. Needless to say, if you need furniture go to the bend furniture warehouse, will never shop with Redmond again.

I am very very pleased with my experience here. Everyone who I worked with were kind and quick to get the results my wife and i were looking for. The couches are perfect and exactly what we were looking for. They were delivered today and the service I received was very exceptional. Highly recommend checking out this business for any needs regarding furniture! Thank u so much!

THANK YOU to Logan, Dustin and Scott for the combined help between the bend and redmond locations to make this bunk bed a possibility for my girls! I am beyond pleased with the customer service and help that we received after a few mix ups. I have shopped at a lot of places who just brush off helping customers and making things right. There was ZERO hesitation to help us out from management. THANK YOU. Really. We are overjoyed and we cannot wait to shop at your stores again. Recommend!
