Very nice man very helpful. Had a broken spring on my chair help me write out with a little part I needed didn't even charge me. Although it wasn't much of a little part it was the thought that counted I thought that was really great. You don't see that very often anymore.

I talked with Rich about repairing my Lazy Boy recliner and he was very friendly and nice to talk to about the repairs that needed to be done. The work was done in the time he said it would take at a fair price and at what he had estimated the cost to be. Thank you Rich for the pleasant experience

After coordinating with the Co-owner, Sandra, she expertly handled my warranty claim on my office chair. She personally worked with Staples to make sure the process was done correctly and sent me away with a statement stating the chair couldn't be repaired. Despite all of this hard work, they never asked for a penny. I will without a doubt be returning to Gray's for any furniture issues I may have in the future.
