In 1999 Lisa Bindas, who had several years of retail selling and retail leasing experience, decided to start her own business. She went searching for products and happened upon the chiminea. Chimineas, as many of you know, are firepots commonly made in Mexico out of clay. Lisa decided to take the plunge and bought 50 Chimineas to resell. She went to a local corner store owner and made a strange request - Could she rent part of his parking lot? To her surprise and delight he said YES and she proceeded to set the Chimineas up to sell on a daily basis.

We have been selling Composite Furniture for almost 20 years. BUT IT's selling FAST! WE HAVE THE LARGEST INVENTORY OF COMPOSITE FURNITURE IN NEW ENGLAND - That is what we are being told by our manufacturers!
Whether gathering outside with family or having a big Memorial Day Party for the neighborhood, our lives are richer and have more meaning because of our outdoor spaces and the time spent enjoying them. When buying outdoor furniture we should consider things such as: How much room we have? How many people we generally entertain?

First Google review I've ever done but this store is WORTH IT! What nice folks--Jaci and Lisa--to have found. Our beach house is in the toughest of climates and the Seaside Casual deck furniture still looks as new as when we bought it from Gotta Have It 12 years ago. We were so happy with Gotta Have It we actually had them do our wedding registry!
The best part about this store is that the owners' hearts are in the business; they are really intentional about which products they carry and endorse, so you know when you go in there, there's a lot of thought that goes into the curation of things they offer. These guys know their stuff inside & out and there is no question they cannot answer about the products; this is a retail shop but you'll feel like you're being helped by a furniture consultant from Consume Reports!
Just plain nice folks, best availability anywhere. I'd recommend that my own mother go here to be taken good care of (in fact, I have!). Buying quality furniture is an investment decision and you will leave Gotta Have it knowing you've made a solid choice. I'd recommend this business UNCONDITIONALLY! Attaching the photos of 12-year-old adirondack chairs.these have baked in the sun, endured dust, rain, mildew, etc.never once moved in for winter or covered. Every spring a quick cleaning and the look the same as when they arrived. A+ all around thank you Gotta Have It!

My friend and I traveled 6 hours each way to shop for outdoor furniture at this beautiful showroom. We were not disappointed. The selection of quality outdoor furniture is extensive and outstanding. Lisa and Jackie are attentive and spend significant time and effort assisting you in finding furniture to meet your needs and budget. We followed Lisa's recommendation and had a fantastic seafood lunch after our visit. i highly recommend taking a trip to this showroom!

This store and the women that own it define world-class customer service. When no one else would even speak to me about ordering furniture (because they were busy enough and didn't need more business) Jaci dropped everything, sent me over 20 pictures, swapped cell phone numbers, and was calling me back on a Saturday night just to get me an answer.
From the first call through delivery yesterday they are unbelievable. I wish the owners could come and run my customer service department. The products are only the best, the prices are reasonable, the delivery was perfect, and like I said they make it a pleasure to shop with them because they are so customer-focused. The way it should be. I would drive 10 hours out of my way to give them business.

Lisa and Jackie are amazing! My husband and I spend some time looking for the right outdoor living room set and Jackie was very informative and knowledgeable in all the products. She helps us through the process from choosing the finishes and cushion color. We ended up ordering a special order fabric so it was going to take a few weeks for the cushions to come in. Lisa and Jackie were amazing as they loaned us a set of cushions in the mean time as they know we were having guests over the next week.
Their delivery was quick and simple! I have purchased an outdoor dining set, couch, loveseat and chair, also bar stools and Adirondack chairs from them and love the quality and comfort of all pieces. I would not go anywhere else for outdoor furniture! They simple are the best!

Lisa and her team were knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. We furnished a backyard patio and had an event coming within a month's time. Most of our stuff came in thanks to their great relationship with vendors. They also let us borrow an umbrella for the event and then came and swapped it out when ours came in. They are the epitome of what makes working with small businesses so wonderful.
I'd buy from them any time and I wish I could put a photo here because the yard looks fantastic. We're not the Adirondack type, but that was no problem at Gotta Have It nor for Lisa's eye for design.

This is by far my favorite store! This store has a little bit of everything. I love going to this store for all of my gift needs. It offers beautiful outdoor furniture that lasts a lifetime and it has the most unique items here. I love just stopping by to see what new things they have got in and I don't believe I have ever left there empty handed.
One of my favorite things about this store are the people whom work there and own it. Everybody is so helpful! They are sincerely excited about the items in there store and choose each piece personally. This is a store that everyone should visit at least once! You won't be disappointed! Keep up the great work!

Two words: Oprah Approved. Yes, Oprah, I mean goddess, really did spotlight this place a few years ago. I'm not surprised because this place is so cool. The outside of the small business is lined with their fire pits, lawn chairs, wooden tables, and outdoor coffee tables, all out for sale. The outdoor furniture is pretty stylish and is at an average price.
But what I think is the best part of Gotta Have It is the wide variety of random stuff located inside. There's everything from unique wind chimes to vintage signs to even Mexican cotton-stuffed patchwork dolls. The ladies who work here are very nice, also. I must say, if your in the area, take a look at Gotta Have It. I don't think I've ever left there empty-handed.
