I would like to say what a horrible interaction I had with Jere J Wilmering in the warranty department. I had purchased a Odessa adjustable bed from Slumber land and they set the bed up and I did not know at the time that they for what ever reason they forgot to put some rollers that push the foot of the bed up. It worked for a time but then it started to make a popping noise.
To make along story short the warranty department wanted to know where I put the rollers and Jere J Wilmering did not understand how through normal use this situation could occur on a base over ten months. All this over three month just to get some rollers. They are finally sending me some rollers which is great but I could have done with the accusation that I did something wrong.

The one star rating is for the warranty department and Jere Wilmering. I purchased a Glideaway bed frame which stopped working after 18 months. It took two months, dozens of phone calls (voice mails were never returned), three separate boxes of parts (some not even for my particular bed), three tech visits, and much frustration before it was finally repaired.
Then there were the two Emails from Jere Wilmering where he threatened to void the warranty. Complete lack of customer service. I notified Nebraska Furniture Mart where I purchased the frame. After I told them my story, they apologized profusely. It was the most negative experience with customer service that I have ever experienced.

Purchased a mattress protector. Mattress company said if stain got on protector and went thru onto mattress, Glideaway would purchase a new mattress. Protector inspected and was determined it had failed. Now, Glideaway is stating it will not replace mattress when In an e-mail one month ago they said they would. DO NOT purchase a protector from here. Our 10yr. Warranty on mattress is now voided due to incompetent people.
