Our pavilions are expertly handcrafted in the heart of the Amish community in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Based on the different styles and available options, we are confident that we can build a structure that will reflect your design preference. All of our pavilions provide a high end look with classic designs and competitive prices.
Prices include free delivery of fully assembled shed within 20 mile radius of our location. Please call or email for delivery cost outside that range. Add $125.00 per change I/E door location change, window location change. If you are adding a 2nd window cost is for window + $125.00 to move other window + door over.

If there was a negative star I would give it. We bought a poolhouse from this company with electrical package and it was delivered with not only the wrong color but no electrical package. I had to hire an electrician at a cost way over their reimbursement and I have to paint this myself. Owner is extremely rude and even his workers said they didn't like working for him. Never do business with this company.

I had a shed installed last Fall and at that time, the two men installing it did not have the right color paint to complete a touch up. They told me to go back to the office in the spring and ask for them to come back to finish. By the springtime, one side of the shed had sunken and it was uneven on the blocks and scraps of shims that they had used to support it.
This past Spring, I went into the office to ask for them to touch up the paint as I had been directed and I spoke to the actual owner. Andre Gera.who said that they would call me within the week. I never heard from them. The entire summer went by and I returned in September with pictures of how the shed was now uneven due to a sinking corner. Again Mr Gera himself was present.kept us waiting for quite a while while he sealed a deal on the phone and then wrote up a work order ( just like he did in the Spring) and said we would get a call in the coming week. That was 6 weeks ago. I strongly advise avoiding working with this outfit - they could care less about their customers.

We are extremely happy with our new shed! It looks exactly as we pictured it. The estimated time to build the shed was spot on. The delivery was on time and professional. The workers even took the time to help my husband clear a few extra branches that were in the way. We could not be more pleased with this company or our new shed. I will never do business with them again. I do not recommend these guys at all. My husband and I went there to order a shed. As we told Andre what we wanted, he said he happened to have the exact shed already on his property. My husband and I looked at it and it was perfect. We scheduled delivery for about 2 weeks later as we had to have the platform done.
The shed was delivered today and when the guy opened it for me to see inside there was a nice size chip missing from the floor. I called Andre and he was very rude and tried to tell me it was there when we looked at it. I can guarantee it WAS NOT there when we looked at it. Andre was nasty to me, telling me he can take it back and I can wait weeks for a new one.
These people are uncaring about their products or their customers. All they want is your money and we spent a pretty penny on this shed. I would not use this place. So very disappointed.

I purchased a $3000 shed and $400 dog house about a year ago when I moved into my house. I asked if they can do a site survey before they delivered, they said yes, then they never did although it was scheduled for a Friday. I took down a cemented PVC fence to get the shed delivered on the following Saturday and upon delivery the delivery guy said it was legal to put it on the side of my house, and I specifically asked him several times.
Since their company is in Brookhaven and they do this for a living, I took his word. Later on I found out from the Town of Brookhaven when filing for a permit for something unrelated that it had to be moved about 8-10 feet back from it's location or they would not release the permit. I spoke to Andre several times about it and his wife Tara, who was quite nasty to me.
She blamed me and said her guy never said that. I wish I recorded it. He was just being lazy when he delivered the shed and put it at the most convenient spot for him. Then is cost me another $400 to have them come back months later and move the shed 8 feet and took them all of 20-30 minutes. I picked my battles and paid the $400 (full bang) just to get the Town of Brookhaven off my case, but want others to be warned. once they have their money they are outright nasty to you and don't return phone calls.
The shed is nice, so I am not knocking that, but there are other companies that are more willing and kind to help and better priced. And to boot I gave the guys a tip because it wasn't their fault their owners are so mean and rude. If they had knocked off a couple of dollars off the move I wouldn't be as upset, but to charge the full amount when it was your company's fault to begin with. that's absurd. And to treat customers that way, that's not cool either. Be warned.

Went there 2 times owner andrea could care less about earning my business was rude and bassically told me not able to order my shed for what i wanted i went to kaufolds in ridge hot exactly what i wanted for less terrible customer srvice and was sent there by friends of them, too bad for you andrea you r rude and save your time and go to kaufolds in ridge

I waited a week for my firewood delivery. I took off work to me them at scheduled appointment time. Gera Gardens informed me at time of delivery they had to reschedule because they're employee had to go home early. I informed them I had to take off of work to meet them and it cost me $$$$$. The were unconcerned and offered to "maybe" come tomorrow.
I told them to cancel my firewood order. They told me I was rude. Gera Gardens does not do what they say they will do. They're lack of empathy was alarming. I will never recommended or do business with Gera Gardens in the future. STAY AWAY FROM GERA GARDENS! Bad business.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while. A few months ago we walked into Gera Gardens for a shed for our yard. We met with the owner and later his wife who were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were really friendly and even entertained our 2 year old daughter. We picked out our shed with no issues or concerns. Then, on a whim, I stumbled on all these bad reviews on them.
I started freaking out, because we had paid half of the price as a deposit. I can tell you that my husband and I had a fantastic experience with Gera Gardens, and did not experience one issue with the owners or people who delivered and built the shed on our property. Sometimes things do come up, for us, it was that the window we requested didn't come, and needed to be cut out.
They took care of it right away, same day with no issues or attitude from anyone. That being said, we prepared our shed site, as it said to do on the invoice. You need to research what you may need to do to prepare the site for the shed. Don't let the bad reviews deter you. We constantly get compliments on the shed.

These people have no clue how to do business, my wife and I wanted to buy a shed, we told them what we wanted, they said we would have to order them and it would take 3 weeks. We told them we wanted the shed with the carriage doors. Now we are dealing with the owners with this purchase. Tara writes up the order and has me sign it. Keep in mind we told her specifically that we wanted the shed with the carriage doors.
So we wait for the shed, it comes on Saturday and no carriage doors on the shed. I called Andre and he said we got what we ordered (wrong). He didn't even take responsibility for making a mistake, instead he told me it would cost an additional $319.00. I already paid over $4,000.00 for this shed. I told him this is not what we wanted. It didn't matter to him that we were unsatisfied.
They sold a shed and lost a future customer. I have three friends that needs sheds and they asked me about Gera Gardens, I explained to them what happened to me and they will not be going to Gera Gardens for there shed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there!

Used Lived In Sheds with New Shed Prices: * After much research, the best value was to buy a shed from the PA Amish and have it built onsite. My wife convinced me to buy local - what a mistake. * Many of the sheds on the lot are used for their business storage. ATV's. Truck Parts. Paint. Etc. * Now that I can see the unit in the day light, the outside shed is dirty and multiple penetrations and damaged wood. * The inside of the shed has grease and paint on the floor and several points of damaged wood. * It looks like I just bought a used shed.
Homeless People Living in the Sheds: * The owner shared that the sheds are locked each night because of a local homeless issue. * People seeking shelter find nightly accommodations in Gera Gardens sheds. * The police are frequently called to evict the families living in the sheds but they find a way back into the sheds. * My shed smells like urine inside. Questionable Accounting Methods: * The owners offered a 3% discount if I didn't use my credit card to pay for the shed.
The owner shared that they do this to eliminate the credit card fees. * The invoice says that I can pay by "cash or bank check". Upon delivery, I handed the driver a bank check from Chase Bank written out to Gera Gardens for the exact amount. * A very irate owner phoned, called me a liar, accused me of trying to rip him off for the 3% and demanded that I pay cash or he was going to take me to court. * One has to wonder his motivation for such an aggressive position. Having a bad day?

In the end, I made the effort to go to the bank to get the requested bank check and ultimately was forced to return to Gera Gardens to pay the additional 3% to cover the credit card fees even though I paid with a bank check which requires no credit card fees. I wish that I has done some more research. Poor Customer Service: * The guys in the yard were very helpful. The same guy in the yard was the one who delivered the shed. I made them coffee and tipped them well. * The owner is a customer service disaster. * I hesitate to call and have them fix the issues above for his response might be a summons to attend small claims court. * Never again will I buy anything from Gera Gardens.
I want nothing from the vendor. I have paid in full (+3%) and have closed this chapter. My goal is educate the yelp community and future customers about the Gera Gardens experience. Stay Away from this train wreck.

I will never buy anything from this place again. They are liars and scammers. Don't trust Andre or Tara. One lies and the other swears to it. One reviewer wrote that a new 75' rule appeared when the shed was delivered. In my case it was a new 50' rule. Also one of the delivery men urinated on my shrubs. He didn't know I saw him and I was too embarrassed to say something. My neighbor also saw him. Disgusting and very unprofessional.

I've been a local all my life and I've never encountered an experience like this. They need some help in the professionalism department. A business is nothing with out the kindness of its people. Customer service plays a huge part and these people have NONE. They are Rude, obnoxious and disgraceful to our community. Did you ever sit back and wonder if this "business" was legitimate as they make it seem.
It certainly looks like it from the outside but the inside is full of fraudulent activity and dishonesty. Trust me. You get your wood from the Amish who abuse women and children that's an out rage and a disgrace. One of the many RED FLAGS! A family business is supposed to be warm an kind not ruthless an vindictive! To future customers who read these reviews like most of us do in 2016 please be aware that they do not care about you, they want your money and once you hand them that.you've made a deal with the devil and the most white trash people on the island!

STOP! Do not do business with this place. They appear friendly and normal when selling to you but when it comes time to deliver they are absolute madmen. Andre the manager cannot be trusted in his words and is an absolute loose cannon. I bought a $6,000 shed to keep my business local. What a disaster! Now the fight is on to get my money back He has cursed me out out and hung up on me twice and took my shed back. Oh, my bad act?
I left my sprinklers on the day before. There were a list of hidden fees as well. Even though I paid $800 for assembly, I was advised if it took longer than 45 minutes there were more charges. Also since delivery from curb to spot was greater than 50', additional charge! When I called Andre told me to "F" off. He Took the shed back and said he would refund my money.
Guess what, they won't refund my money. My bank and New York State Consumer Protection now involved. Home Depot has the same sheds, what a mistake I made going local. Thank you CitiBank for your help in dealing with this irrational angry man. Trust me, stay away! I have never in my life dealt with anyone like this before.
