Read and understand these leasing guidelines prior to filling out a personal rental application. Pet Agreement: If lessee has a pet, lessee agress to pay a $20 monthly pet fee for their pet(s). Damage Waiver: Lessee agrees to pay a damage waiver fee equal to seven percent (7%) of the monthly rent that is stated on page one (1) of the lease.

Never work at this place. You will not be appreciated and they will find reasons to fire you and start a bunch of junk with you. They got their favorites! Also you stay a temp forever. Plus its nasty. You will do other peoples work and never get to go on route unless you're a favorite. People get away with so much stuff, but if you do one thing they talking about you behind your back and plotting to get rid of you. Its nasty also. Some of my coworkers were ok people to work with others not so much.
