They provided prompt, professional service. The quality of work was wonderful. They refinished a dining room table base. Was told 2-3 weeks, but they had it done in 3 days because it was a small job that was worked in between larger jobs. I thought the price was fair for labor and materials. I will definitely use them again.

As a professional moving company, its very important for us to have an efficient furniture repair vendor that we can trust to take care of our customers if a damage occurs on one of our moves. Luckily, we have found just that with Furniture Medic. They provide quality work at a very fair price. Its wonderful to work with friendly and knowledgeable staff that has great communication with us and our customers. Thank you Ann and the entire team at Furniture Medic for taking wonderful care of us and our customers! - TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Fort Myers, Naples, and Sarasota

Greg Walen and Hussein B were a couple of waste my time people at my company, Furniture Medic by Dream Polishers. Greg called here numerous times for a leg to a dresser. He sells second hand furniture. When we got there, he wanted us to do something else that had totally nothing to do with what he told us he wanted. HE was a waste of our time and did not pay for the service call he requested. Hussein is a mover who tried to rip my company off.
He is a typical mover that tells you half the story then when we went and saved him from the angry customer he had then he falsely accused us of not charging his credit card with what he wanted to pay. He was called and would not take our calls. He was faxed and ignored that request. He was emailed about the misinformation he provided and all was ignored until we sent him his receipt for what he owed. Then, he started posting lies.
We have a stellar reputation as you can see by the 3rd post done by Sue Ellis. The two idiots that posted the negative comments were looking for us to foot the expense of their errors. Not going to happen

Terrible communication! I started this nightmare with many attempts to get a quote. Then the fun started. The service man shows up 1 hour late and completely ill prepared and completely ignorant of blowing my entire afternoon! In summary, they wanted to charge me $100 for a.50c block of wood. Buyer beware to say the least! Please be cautious with this company!

Ladonna P Haywood, the owner of Dream Polishers, provided a price quote for furniture repairs of $686. After the repairs were done, but not completely, and without my knowledge or authorization they charged my credit card $961, even though the quote they provided was for an exact figure and not an estimate. They also left out an entertainment center without repair, which was a part of the original quote.
