It all started in 1955 with a young man who delivered newspapers for the Dallas Times Herald. He learned something important: putting the customer's needs first. We have a signed contract to do work with this company. We did the design work for him and applied for a permit for them to decide they did not want to use or company. First attempt to call and collect the money he stated he was not happy with the answers we had for him. After months of going back in forth we decided to bring the invoice down to split the difference with the agreement they would pay that.

Well still have not been paid. This dates back from 03/04/2021 and we have still not been paid I have contacted everyone from the accounting to the project managers boss and still no response. Apparently this is how they conduct business. We will be going to collections for this company. So please be aware when hiring him to do work for you or anyone you know they do not their contractors.

These people/company have given tons of excuses for not paying their invoice, that's when they do respond. Typically go weeks after emails and calls before we get contacted back. Then it's more hoops to jump through than a three ring circus. Four months of this runaround. We absolutely jumped on a job and knocked it out so they could meet their deadline on the project.

They thanked us for it by not paying a $46k invoice. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! Because of a local contact we have, we know they have been paid on the job, but just won't pay us. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! BEWARE!

After our law firm had been in business for over 40 years, it was time to refresh our look and swap out some of our traditional lawyer trappings for a more modern vibe. We started out working with another large custom office furniture outfit in town, but had some issues with the service - long story short, we eventually made our way to Ted Rohan at FMG.

From day one, Ted just "got it" - he understood the look we were going for and worked very hard to satisfy our Dom Perignon taste on a less-than-Dom budget. In the end, we are absolutely thrilled with the results that Ted helped us achieve. Ted was patient with our endless stream of questions and did everything he could to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our purchases.

Because of his hard work, we love everything we bought and know we will enjoy these pieces for many, many years to come. If you're in the market for beautiful custom office furniture, I could not recommend Ted more highly.
