I had an excellent experience working with WWbeds. I actually found them on YouTube because I was specifically interested in the stay level desk feature. They have many videos of their different Murphy beds. After watching them I decided these guys really know what they're doing. I got some quotes from other local options but wwbeds, despite being across the country, had the best quote.

They offered far more customization than other places. Chris was very responsive and had array of thoughtful add-on features that I would never even think to ask. It was during pandemic times that I requested the bed so the wait time for the project was very long, on the order of 6 months. But I am still glad I went with them. The quality is great, they used solid wood and matched my customized stain request after going through several samples. Really appreciate that they listen and allow so much customization.

These folks are the greatest! I've had my Queen Bed with side bookshelves for over a year. Guests are amazed when the bed pulls down with ease. Actually they are amazed it is a bed. It's beautiful and functional.

The people were very nice and helpful once they knew we were there. It's more of a warehouse than a showroom furniture store. The air was either out or not on, so it was a bit toasty. They hadn't answered my online request for a quote so we went to the store. It's a little hard to get to because of the construction and traffic and road direction. But we got our bed ordered and in line for making. They are around 8 weeks out on getting there, but we will wait. Look forward to getting it.

Usually one of those who only writes to heap praise, but not today unfortunately. I ordered a Murphy Bed for my home from WWBeds. Time was of the essence and I was assured it would be on time. Not so. We had some weather in the Northeast, but the real problem seems to be that when the bed leaves their shop, they become clueless as to its whereabouts. That's a problem, and just know that you may need to do lots of "legwork" on your own.

After 5-10 hours of calls, I cancelled my order. By their own admission they are over-capacity, so this will be a "whatever" to them, but they disappointed a kid and lost what could have been a lifelong customer. To their credit, they issued a full refund, which gets them 1 star. -- Disappointed in NY.

Great quality and great service. The bed was ready on time for the quoted price and it looks amazing. My wife and I took this up to our cabin and installed it ourselves in just a couple of hours and we love it! I'm not exceptional when it comes to handy work so I really appreciated the ease of installation and the quality construction.

I was looking for a baseball bed for my son and came across WW Beds. I was a bit nervous about ordering a custom bed from a company hundreds of miles away. I called and spoke with Gary who immediately made me feel comfortable with the design, order, and shipping processes. Communication was amazing throughout the whole process. When we received the bed it was perfect! We loved the quality of the bed so much we immediately ordered a custom dresser. That too was amazing! I will definitely do business with with Gary, .Chris and family again!

Their workmanship is amazing and they are more than open to tweaking their creative ideas to meeting your needs. I recently had Chris of WWBeds make a custom bed for me, trying to match a very specific style of furniture.

Just to make things more fun, I asked him to exactly match the stain of the rest of my furniture in addition to the style. Chris came through - he made me exactly what he'd promised, you can't tell any difference between his bed and the rest of the furniture. I wanted to add lamps. No problem, I mailed them straight to him and he not only installed them on the bed but even WIRED THEM INTO THE BED and added a switch. WOW!

I wanted to add some electrical plugs. Not an issue! I mailed them straight to Chris and he built them directly into the bed. WWBeds does a lot of their work online - one cool thing about them is you can see pictures of what they are working on all the time on their website and their facebook page. You can even occasionally see what Chris et al. are working on in the shop via their webcam!

They were great about communication throughout the process and my husband and I are already cooking up new custom furniture requests we want to order from Chris. We drove from out of state to get our bed, but Chris can also arrange shipping if you're not local. HIGHLY recommended. Thanks Chris!

Chris helped us finally get a perfect Murphy Bed for our Hawaii Home! We priced these beds here in Honolulu and just found particle board crappy manufactured beds for 10,000.00 dollars! Chris made us a work for art for half the price plus shipping! Thank you Chris and everyone at wwbeds!
