Furniture For Business

Walked in with a mask on ask the sign stated and An employee asked "who are you" and pretty much pushed me back outside in the pouring rain. I came to look at furniture I will not be returning. Short big Mexican guy Was rude rude rude!

Left a message and no one called me back after a week. It was on January 4, so figured vacation may have messed up the system. Called back on the 7th and when transferring to any of the available menu choices it sends me to "Welcome to MCI." Is ABF still in business? How to get hold of these folks if so? Feb 20, 2019 - updating my review to 4 stars.

While it took a long time to connect with ABF and a month for them to get the standard hydraulic lift part needed to repair my desk chair, they finally did so graciously and with no charge (it was under warranty). Seems they're under new ownership recently and some gaps ensued. Hoping for good things ahead.

Just wanted to add that this is an excellent furniture supply place for your business. Most places don't get better as time goes on but this one did. So just like the other reviews, if you need quality HON furniture, look no further.

I have worked with Austin Business Furniture for over 20 years. Jay Femal, the president, is so hands on that I barely lift a finger other than to call or email him. He can place my order and get it processed as fast as a speeding bullet. In fact, he is the Superman of ABF. Most likely, he builds the furniture, too. The wonderful ABF team is responsive to calls and emails, timely on deliveries, careful with furnishings during installation and always positive and friendly. I can't imagine purchasing quality business furnishings anywhere else. Go ABF Team!
