This place has been surprisingly WONDERFUL during our furniture adventure! From the non-pushy yet helpful sales reps to the very courteous and skillful delivery drivers, we can't be more pleased. We love our new sofa and chair set!

5 stars all the way! Truly impeccable service by lisa! I am easy to please but difficult to impress I wa highly impressed by everything about my experience with this company! Lisa was truly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal and exactly what I wanted! Prices are crazy good this is definitely not a place you want to pass up! A+++

Nice folks, I bought a recliner very nice it seemed, broken with regular normal use in three months. It was still under warranty yet they didn't follow up (ghosted me) and would not honor their warranty. I had to get my credit card company to refund after waiting months. The response email said we will be in touch. I double checked my junk mail, I never receive any communications and no voice mails. I was told at the store they can't help me. They would be in touch. So kind of a disconnect.

My friend ordered a recliner and told us it would be in on Tuesday so we go in they say pick up day was changed won't be in till Thursday so Thursday we call now it's supposed to be here on Friday. They refuse to tell us who changed order and are basically ghosting us terrible service, terrible selection buy elsewhere.

Your typical cheaper furniture store, and way better than IKEA. Most of the furniture is the cheap quality Ashley furniture which FYI most furniture stores will up sell the heck out of Ashley brand furniture when in reality it's cheap quality and should be sold for a lot lower to which this is the place for furniture you don't plan to keep in the long run.

Nice crew, no pressure at all, which I like. Great prices. My only gripe is the sofa we purchased. It was a manager deal, and there was nothing wrong with it according to the sales rep and manager. When we got it home, there was an inch long tear on one of the foot rests. Other than that, everything was great!

Female employee had no customer service or communication skills. She spelled my name wrong and when the manager asked to double check everything was correct she said "I just copied the paper that "he" wrote! Meaning me! She asked me if everything was correct which is when I told her that my name was misspelled, she looked at me and said "that's what's on the paper", I told her to check it again and she says "oh" that's it lol.

The product sold itself because the male employee "manager" wasn't helpful other then telling his employee how to do the charge. All in all. I don't think I'll be shopping there anytime soon.

I walked in and was immediately greeted. I like to walk around by myself for a bit and get a feel for what I want prior to having a salesperson help me. They let me do that and were very gracious about it. The salesman that help me was very kind and helpful. They have a vast assortment of furniture and the prices were lower than expected! Go there!

Bought: Reclining Loveseat Salesman: Tom Tosh Tom is great. We walked in, he asked what we wanted (loveseat) then pointed us to the loveseats and LEFT US ALONE, no crazy helicopter salesman-ing. After about 20 minutes, we were jumping back and forth between two models. Tom appeared at this point and helped us decide on which was best (same-ish models, mostly fabric differences etc).

We said we wanted to view another store, he never even blinked and gave us his card and a "thank you". We called in our order next day. He set delivery for 3 days later. Clean, simple, painless. We went for curb-side delivery as I thought $70 extra to get it inside was egregious, however the loveseat comes in a box "mostly" assembled. So if you are elderly or order a large couch etc, the fee is VERY fair to get it inside. I would have paid the extra $70 if I had known, but I'm cheap and stubborn. If we need more furniture stuff, we'll be going back for sure. Easy wins here.

Furniture Connexion was our first stop in our search for a new couch set. We found a number of sofas and loveseats that were right on par with our style, but we loved that there were a number of selections to choose from. Tom gave us the store layout, then let us know he was available anytime we needed him, and checked up on us just frequent enough!

No hovering salesman, just a helpful person with useful information on sets we were exploring. We ended up buying a furniture set after exploring the other furniture stores in the area and realizing Furniture Connexion was the best place for what we were looking for. Cannot recommend Tom and Furniture Connexion enough. Make this your first stop!

This was a great local place in Gresham my wife researched. Has all the couches/furniture you need. Friendly and helpful staff that let you snoop around and check in on you every so often. Also very forthright with what was in stock and what wasn't. They offer delivery as well. Super convenient. We will come back when we need more stuff!

We were helped by Gail. She instantly welcomed us as we walked in and she knew her stores inventory very well. She asked what we were looking for, I knew exactly what set we were there for, and she was able to bring us right to it, . Gail was upfront about ordering and timing but she did find a what we ordered in stock. My very frugal husband was so happy there that he purchased a dining room set.

We didn't plan that! We will drive 45 minutes for our furniture needs from now on. All the employee's were wonderful. We just cannot say enough good about this store. Oh.and their prices are unbeatable!

Do not buy their furniture. Cheap products. We bought a couch, loveseat and chair last year in June. There are already several tears in the material, cushions broken down and scratches in what call is real leather furniture. Last month, less than a year of having the furniture I emailed the company pictures. They said this is general wear and tear and is not covered under warranty. Furniture is less than a year old and already looks like it needs to be replaced.

Stopped in after checking put 5 other Furniture stores. We where looking for a Grey Sectional with chaise. No Price limit. When we walked in we where greeted by Lisa. Told her what we where looking for and she told us a sectional had just come in on the truck to be set up in the showroom matching our description. She then printed off the spec sheet for us to look at and showed us the sectional still wrapped to see if the color was gonna work.

After we showed interest, she informed us the crew was on lunch and if we returned in a few hours it would be set up. We left to grab lunch and look for additional furniture pieces. When we came back it was almost done and we sat in it and was amazed how comfortable it was and the size and color was perfect. Instantly was sold. Lisa got us checked out and Delivery scheduled on a day that was convenient for us as the couch was in stock (huge bonus) On delivery day the couch was delivered and setup up, crew was super nice and respectful. Checked the couch over and signed off on the delivery.

It was not 2 hours when we could settle down and enjoy the new couch that we noticed the Chaise piece was missing the 4 legs that hold it up. I immediately called Furniture Connexion and asked to talk to Lisa. She was super sweet and Apologized and told me a few places to check to see if they where there. Unfortunately they where not. She gave me the Number for the warehouse manager to contact on business days Mon-Fri to see if I could get the legs.

She made a note of the call and said she would make sure it was handled. Even offered to give me the ones from the showroom Model. I declined as it just did not feel right. On Monday mid Morning Tony (Warehouse manager) called me before I could call him and said he could FedEx the legs to me if that was alright. So to save us both a trip. I was happy with this and said "Yes" very next day I get home from work and there is a package at my door.

It was the legs. Excited to get them on grabbed my drill and finished it up. I am Extremely happy with the Level of customer service from this business and definitely will return again. Was a mistake made, Yes. yet could have been way worse and the handling of the situation is 5 star all day long. Thank You Lisa and Tony for making our experience great!

We went out furniture shopping but just looking for colors and ideas with no intention of purchasing that day. This was the second store we stopped at. The gal working was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Their prices are fantastic. We found something we loved and bought it that day. They delivered it 3 days later at 8 am for free. The delivery guys were very nice as well.

They have a great selection and I was thrilled I didn't have to wait 6-8 weeks for an order! I only put it as 4 star not 5 because while signing paperwork, the area was messy with pizza boxes, drinks etc. just seemed a little unprofessional. Otherwise an amazing experience!

They need a big sign that says "Everything in Stock", and "Free Delivery". I went in expecting everything would have to be ordered, because I almost bought from another store that had a 4-6 week wait on everything, (and it was more expensive). I bought a great dining room table, very good quality. Jeff Reese was a no pressure salesman. Delivery people showed up on time, and were polite and helpful. Really wish I had shopped at this store first. I am planing on going back soon.

1 review Share review Embed review 7/4/2020 i went to furniture connexion to buy a queen matriss and box spring and had a sales person show me medium firm matriss, , he shows me one set and he told me this is the last day for the sale price and i bought the set, , which was not the truth about the price because when i went back there 2 days later to look at other matrises the price was the same price that i paid, ,,, i did have the set deliverd 2 days later and my lady friend and i took the plastic off the box spring there was a hole in the bottom of the box spring that was taped and my other friend was there looked at the matriss and told me it was a little too soft, , so i called lisa at the store told her about the box spring, , she told me to come back and look at other matrisses so my lady friend and i go back to the store and i go there and and lisa tells me to try out the matresses and said is there any way you could at least show me a matriss i dont know nothing about matrisses, , i have been to other furniture places they always willing to help customers, well its like lisa didnt want to help me, and i said need help or i will take back the matriss and box spring and buy it some place else, because i was already upset about the hole in the box spring and there was another sales person to the right sitting on a sofa said lisa you need to help the customers, , this was not a lie because my lady friend wittiness every thing that was said, ,a nd lisa did find me a better matriss and box spring and took care of me and got it deliverd, , i still will keep buying from furniture connexion

We were moving from Beaverton to Salem and still made the trek out here for furniture. Their prices are roughly the same as IKEA but you can find pieces that aren't in every neighbor's home and you won't need to replace them every year or two. Lisa helped us find some new pieces that fit our style, needs, and budget perfectly. We bought a sofa, love seat, chair, desk, desk chair, coffee table, end table, and console table. Combined it cost $2200 including delivery to Salem. My only nitpick would be a few small dings in the wood (easily fixed with a fill crayon). Overall we are really satisfied with our purchases and will definitely come back.

Beautiful pieces, excellent quality, great prices, friendly and helpful staff. We went down the furniture rabbit hole and came across a dining set on Furniture Connexion's website. We called in and asked if any were available, and the woman helping us, Lisa told us there was only one left. Lisa held the table for us until we could come see it on the weekend. When we got there, it was even more beautiful than we expected! Thanks Lisa!

Rating 2 stars for the decent furniture, I purchased a bed frame in October and the pieces didn't exactly line up like they should have, but being a carpenter, I was able to make it work. Rating 1 star for customer service. My wife went to pick up our bed frame, and after realizing it wouldn't fit in the back of our 4Runner with the seats down, I was on my way to meet her with some straps so we could throw it on the roof rack and tie it down.

To my surprise, when I arrived at furniture connexions the bed was already shoved in the rear cargo area, because they ensured my wife they could make it fit. What they didn't say, was that they could make it fit without damage to our car. When I unloaded the cardboard boxes containing the bedframe, I noticed a large scrape on my roofliner, which I was able to buff out, and a long scrape on the back of the rear seat that was folded down and it popped the metal trim up about an inch.

After contacting the GM Lorrie, he ensured me would make it right and have an upholstery employee fix it. He then told me his upholstery guy wasn't able to fix it, and I should get an estimate. I scheduled an appointment and got the repair quoted for about $518. Then after 2 weeks, I got a long message from corporate saying they won't pay for it because they're not at fault.

After emailing them again, I haven't gotten a call or response for over 3 months now. I feel I have given them plenty of time to do the right thing, even going out of my way to get my own estimate for them (because they asked me to) just to get rejected. If they advertise on their website that they will help load furniture, I would assume they would take responsibility to take reasonable care loading items. Put simply, this is just not fair. I would recommend looking for furniture elsewhere and save your self the time, hassle, and misery.

The in-store furniture selection is great and really fits our style, however, having the correct furniture delivered has been an absolute nightmare! We bought three pieces of furniture and all three delivered pieces were wrong! This is 100% the fault of Furniture Connexion and not the 3rd party delivery service, which was great. We drove all the way back to the store and let them know, which they hastily notated and scheduled another delivery.

A few days later our furniture was re-delivered and still one of the pieces was completely the wrong piece! The store called an hour later to schedule for next day delivery, which is now today, so I decided to write a review while I wait. It's incredibly frustrating that we've had to rearrange our work schedules three different times now for delivery, fingers crossed it won't be four. ***edit*** Furniture Connexion contacted me soon after posting the review to remedy the issue. Terrific customer service and sincerity still goes a long way. Thank you!

My husband I were in the hunt for multiple pieces of furniture. We shopped at many stores. This place has THE BEST service and a quality product too. Everything from bedroom sets to living room furniture (which is what we were in the hunt for this last time). Lisa M is always so enjoyable to work with. She goes above and beyond for her customers/clients. I can't say enough good things about Furniture Connexion. I highly recommend it. Even over Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Macy's.

After searching high and low for the perfect sectional and accompanying pieces for our new home, we finally found what we were looking for here! Lisa was incredibly helpful and patient, and really made the experience a great one. We are thrilled with our new furniture, and we will be back soon for more and we have been telling our friends, family, and coworkers about them as well!

My husband and I purchased nearly all of our furniture from Furniture Connexion and couldn't be happier. The level of customer service in the Gresham store is impeccable, the "sales team" doesn't feel like a sales team at all, and instead, feels like friends who truly want you to love whatever you decide on. We purchased the extended warranty on our items and when we had a hiccup with our couch reclining handle, Tony from customer service had the part to us in less than 1 day. LESS THAN 1 DAY!

I don't know anywhere that helps you that fast and makes it that easy to take care of you. We absolutely adore the Gresham team and everything they stand for. Anytime people are looking for furniture we recommend Furniture Connexion exclusively. Keep being awesome, guys.

Quick update just got a call back from Tony who is going to make things right and exchange the damaged piece. I didn't realize the people that deliver the items are a contract company which is probably why they dismissed me so quickly. Customer service at furniture connection is top notch thanks folks.

I wanted to write an update to my first review. It ended up that the some of the original furniture we bought was too big for our new home so we had to return. Tom helped us out and made the process absolutely seamless. He helped me find other options, made sure the measurements were right and answered about a gazillion questions for me during the process. Great job. Again. Tom - you were the best!

The sofa/loveseat set we bought at another furniture store about a year ago was no longer in stock. They were nice enough to direct us to Furniture Connexion who did have it. I went and saw it, and it was updated, but basically exactly the same as what we had, so we could complete our furniture set. Not only that, but the newer design of the sofa is slightly deeper so it's more comfortable to sit on, and the whole thing assembled in a slightly better way.

They had a lot of other furniture that was very tempting to browse through, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we need another piece of furniture we will definitely stop by again!
