Always refer to the technical specifications of the fabrics you choose and follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions to protect your fabric warranty. Most fabrics can be cleaned using a simple dilute solution of a detergent, like Tide, and water in a 1:4 solution. Simply wipe fabric with the detergent solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

First of all Nakia was amazing! I came in with the most insane, quick turn request to furnish an office the next week and they somehow were able to pull it off (after I had been turned down by several other stores). Nakia took my crazy requests in stride and helped me get everything I needed in an wildly efficient and organized manner. I highly recommend!

The buying experience was good however the delivery and response to bad service would keep me from ever recommending this business. The delivery personnel rolled 7 brand new chairs into my office from a dirty parking lot. The casters can be cleaned however the the dents and dings left in them can not be repaired. I brought this to the attention of the store and they stand by the practice of scuffing the wheels while delivering. The lack of professionalism and respect for someone's new furniture is appalling.

What an unprofessional company! Customer service is last on their list. Their installers were cursing during the install while my employees were working, and you have to check their work every step of the way. I wish I would have gone to a different company. I brought the unprofessionalism to the manager's attention and he said that I alleged them doing it and shrugged his shoulders. Never been treated so poorly.

Rich, my church is working on renovating their office area and asked who we used for our offices so I gave them your number. If you get a call from someone from a church called Grace Point, they got your number from me. I'm hoping they take me up on my offer to come by our office to see your product in its natural environment. We've been so happy with everything, I'm hoping they are swayed to buy from you.

Worst Experience Ever, Ordered $1300.0 worth of Office Furniture. Did not deliver on time or even the day they stated. We had to continually call to find out when delivery was going to happen. Then the day stated they did not show, had to call again continually till we were told it would be the next day. They delivered next day and the furniture was damaged and assembled poorly.

They sent the sales rep Nikkia out to look at the product. They decided to replace. Took 2 weeks to replace, and then again when they said they were going to deliver, they did not. Again we had to continually call to find out what was going on. Furthermore they charge a $100 delivery/assembly fee, when we asked for them to remove/refund such fee for all the troubles with the order, we were informed that the owner would call. FALSE he/she never called and the sales rep did nothing but argue every time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 1 star isn't even worthy of them but google requires you to choose atleast 1

My boss and I went searching through out the valley for a nice reception desk. We wanted something big enough to fill our show room and within our price range. I saw Office Furniture Concepts on Google and since it is close enough to our place of business, we decided to stop by. Curtis was kind enough to take us all over his store showing us varying styles of reception desks with different prices.

Lucky for us, this company offers many different types of finishes on desks than most places. The desk we ended up purchasing was just in our price range and stylish enough for the look we are representing. The L-Shaped reception desk took around 3 weeks to arrive and it came fully set up. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and want to give a big thank you to Curtis and Office Furniture Concepts.
