Furniture Fair Western Hills! Is my go to, for furniture. AMBER is AMAZING! She provides amazing customer service, and communicates extremely well!

Great purchasing experience. Delivery was perfect and fast. Very happy with our purchases.

Amber at the Western Hills store is wonderful. She listened to me when I described what I needed and wanted in a sofa. She directed me to sofas and sectionals by my description. She helped me find the perfect match. She did not over sell but I did end up adding the ottoman and accent chair. Thank you Amber.

I spent a lot of time in the store, hours, and didn't even buy anything. I was too indecisive, but Drew was very patient and was more than willing to help me out and talk through my decision making processes. Even though I didn't buy anything, the customer experience there was phenomenal! Drew is a great guy!

I went to the Furniture Fair on Harrison Avenue! I was greeted with a smile. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and honest about their recliners! I purchased a recliner and can't wait to get it for my mom!

David was great. He was very helpful with absolutely no pressure to buy. A very pleasant experience. I was buying a recliner and lots of options to choose from.

My experience looking for the right mattress and base was excellent. I was helped by a veteran employee right away after entering the store. After allowing me to take my time to test several different mattresses, he gave me a run down on each one that I tried which led me to choose the one that was right for me and to top it off, he gave me a great deal!

Several days later, my new mattress and base were delivered to my home and set up correctly in record time. I will continue to visit Furniture Fair for my furniture needs in the future. Highly recommend them to all.

First off. I would like to say how friendly the employees are( Amber, Brandon, Drew, and Dave) they go out of their way and are not by any means pushy about buying anything. We have a kitchen table, living room and mattress from this store and I couldn't be happier with the service that the employees have me. We did buy some couches during the pandemic.

They explained to me that it would take some time because of the manufacturing of the couch. It took 5 months but it was understandable due to everything that was going on. They did update me and it was very professional and appreciated. There are so many people that would complain. Due to the length of time for the furniture to be made. It is not the employees fault, and people need to lighten up.

I just wanted to say that and it is a great store and even better employees. The first store I go too and the last. Keep up the great work and you have one happy customer. You guys and girls rock. Will be back

Greatest customer service ever! They listen to you, meet your expectations and talk nicely through all the sales process. I will go back there and highly recommend people to buy their furniture here! Thank you and can't wait to get my furnitures.

We went in today just planning on looking at some stuff then Brandon and Amber stepped in to help us out. He made sure we knew all the specials on how to maximize our purchase. He made sure to check all availability on the products we seemed to like. They were both also very friendly and professional. Thanks for all the help!

Came out on 3 different occasions. Seth helped us at the Western Hills location. We were moving and our sectional would not fit into the new house. Seth was very upfront and honest about the time tables and availability of the living room sets and explained that the dates were not firm and set up realistic expectations for us. He wasn't just trying to get a sale.

There were a couple of sets that we liked but estimated arrivals were sometimes months out. We eventually found a living room set that was in stock and that we liked and Seth was able to help facilitate the sale and got us delivery the next day. I would highly recommend reaching out to Seth at Western Hills if you're on the West Side and in the market for some furniture.

Furniture Fair is my go to for updating our home. They have a good variety and beautiful furniture. I usually work with Chris. He is friendly, knowlegeable and will go the extra mile.

I spent over $1,000 on two bunk beds and four beds to go on the bunk beds for my four children and within four months a few of the beds started to push in that's when we noticed there are four thin boards in each bed and nothing else just wood my children don't have beds to sleep on now I complained to the manager in the store and the manager told me that I have a warranty for $61 and some change off of each bed and they don't sell any twin size mattresses for under $283 now on top of the fact they don't even have the mattress that I bought from the start in the store so I have to take a loss and spent so much money on beds and it hasn't even been 9 months i never felt like i wasted money so badly the one thing that made me comfortable was knowing my children were and now i keep catching lay on the floor as if i didn't go out and try i REALLY deserve my money back or new mattresses this place is horrible when i went inside the manager had a salesmen show me the most expensive mattresses they had in the store to help me!

I would love to hear from corporate i want my money back so i can get my children what they need elsewhere I've never had a problem like this going anywhere in Cincinnati until now
