First time visit. Our sales person (Mary) was great from the get go. No pressure sales and listened to what we were looking for. We were originally just looking for a couch but loved working with Mary we decided to buy a king size bed and headboard also. One of the recliners has a broken motor so Mary got us a discount and even set it up that they would bring the motor to our home and install it, which was done soon after. I definitely recommend FOS to all my family and friends. I will definitely buy all my furniture from FOS and will ask for Mary every time. Thankyou Mary

I bought 2 full bedrooms worth of furniture and a living room full furniture around September 15th 2021. I received all of the bedroom furniture within a few days. Was told some of the living room would be in mid November and the rest mid December. I received a couple of items in January but still not gotten my love seat and a recliner. Every time I call I get a different date when it's supposed to be in. 4 1/2 months later and I still don't have my furniture! I'd avoid this place!

Terrible store, their IT department would be fired today if I were the owner. Wife tried to order furniture and could not get confirmed via their email so she went to Tropical Furniture and got it there. Won't shop there again.

You need to see MARY! She is very knowledgeable and helped us out a ton. We are moving here from Michigan, which makes it tough as it is, she hooked us up here quickly with great furniture we will use for years going forward. Thank you FOS!

Lots of furniture to choose from. The only thing is that they are out of stock for most of them. You'd need to preorder them and wait a few months. Prices are good and staff are extremely helpful. Lots of free parking and they offer delivery.

I really like shopping for furniture here. Last year I bought an adjustable bed and it great and prices are great. Also, I just went in last week and purchased a recliner sofa.

Fantastic selection, very friendly staff, owner wasn't to busy to personally thank us for purchasing from his family owned/run company. Made sure we were happy. No high pressure sales. Inexpensive delivery charges. Thank you Julie, you will be seeing alot more of us in the future. Wish I could give more than a 5 star rating. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Finally got it! We love the sofa. Unfortunately it took a little over a month to get it but it's beautiful and it's hard to be mad when the hurricane in the Carolinas was the cause of the delay. Tony did everything e could to get our sofa to us ASAP when things were up and moving again after the storm.

Do not waste your hard earned money or time here! This place is completely transnational! They are all about taking your money! They act so friendly while your in the store making your purchase of course because they are making a commission off of you. They don't back their products even though it is "Warrantied", spent $998 on a mattress/box spring and not even a year a later it is broken down to where the bed is not habitable to sleep on.

The box spring is what is broken. We also bought 4 other beds and a couch. Which the couch sucks completely! We were told to bring in photos to the store and that they would either replace what was wrong or we would be able to pick out a different bed in the store since it is under warranty, so we get to the store only to be told email us the pictures and that one of their guys would come to our home to check out the bed and we have not received a call from them but got an email today saying pretty much there inst anything they can do even thought it is under warranty when the bed has a 1 yer store warranty and a 10 year factory warranty.

In the email it says we will check with the manager. This is totally unacceptable. We were new to the area and had just bought a home and needed to furnish it. The sales guy was nice he was new but he had someone else who did the contract with us, and I got stopped big time. I am now ending up having to pay $6,0000 for 3 mattress no head board or furniture with it just the box spring.

We got 2 twins and 2 queens and a couch through crest financial who they do their leases with, I have never been late on a payment so far and almost done paying it off but be careful you don't get stumped like I did if you don't pay the full amt within 3 months they charge interests. I am so frustrated with this place and their lack of empathy or compassion. They say one thing and don't back it up.

Family owned store which we liked. Prices were comparable or better than the other stores we shopped. Store was well kept and our salesman knowledgeable and professional. Ended up buying our furniture there and had a good experience

Very high expensive priced furniture. I think I will never come here to buy furniture after just coming here and checking the place out. I would rather pay for a bunch of cheaper furniture to add up to just one piece that they are selling at this place. It's a clean big furniture store but insanely high priced. If your rich and can throw money around and not worry about the prices on stuff that's a place for you if you want some nice furniture.

Unbelievably bad service! We were the only customers in the store. We wandered around for 10 minutes before the man at the desk acknowledged us and said someone would be right out to help us. Mind you, the man at the desk was very busy counting the money in his wallet. Finally, after a few minutes a man did emerge from the back and offer to help. By that time, we had looked at all of their merchandise and found it expensive and unattractive. I will never return.

Great store. Saved a lot of money for the same sets compared to the other stores in Cape Fort Myers area. Friendly knowledgable sales staff and great service.
