Found the perfect armoire for our needs. Furniture crafted in the 19th century and fits beautifully in our space. Had a remarkable shopping experience at Far Pavilions. Thank you Ritika and team for patiently assisting us and delivering the furniture promptly.

We had a delightful experience with Ritika and Far Pavilion! Ritika was thorough, courteous, and professional throughout the design consultation process. She and her staff stayed for over three hours during the setup and installation! I can see Ritika's passion for her profession. She came prepared for the initial consultation, took detailed measurements, made a shortlist of proposed items, and worked with me till the end.

This place has some really interesting imports and older antique doors and such. Very baroque ornate mirrors, repurposed doors made into wardrobes that look as if they had been in some seriously old monasteries overseas, and some really one of a kind pieces to accent your home with. From the cool farmhouse chic, to mid century modern to traditional antique, they have several pieces that would surely become a centerpiece of conversation in your home.

Service was spectacular. They went above and beyond our expectations. Totally worth it. Love our new furniture piece.

I've been wishing for a store like this since coming to the realization that most furniture stores have the same boring types of pieces that are cheap and fall apart. Lo and behold, Far Pavilions has been around for 16 (?) years and I had no clue! If you are wanting a statement piece, and / or something well-made (solid wood!) then this is a must-stop.

I fell in love with so many items, it was almost overwhelming. I absolutely love how they write a little backstory on the tag for each item so you can learn about how something was repurposed. They have all kinds of furnishings too.coffee tables, side tables, consoles, armoires, lamps, table runners, etc. We went through the store several times and discovered more things we loved each time.

And I think have even more online and in their warehouse. If you're wanting unique or one-of-a-kind home furnishings, searching for sustainable pieces, and love a boho / eclectic vibe, Far Pavilions is the place to go. I just wish I'd found it sooner!

After months of shopping at numerous different furniture stores, I just could not find anything appealing to my eyes to purchase. Feeling exhausted and discouraged I finally found the European design motif I was looking for of which gave me direction. " Far Pavillion" is totally out of the ordinary interiors of one of a kind pieces of furniture, it helped me create the look I was seeking! Ritika was such a pleasure to work with, she was so professional, we worked so well with each other as we have something in common " design is our passion"

Ritika has an amazing product. The detail in each piece is wonderful. She was so helpful to match a couple of pieces for exactly what we needed. She even went so far as to deliver a couple of extra pieces so that we could decide on the right furniture that fit our room. We will definitely be coming back.

We absolutely love Far Pavilions. We've been there a few times and have never left empty handed. The store is full of lovely pieces from Asia with great stories and the quality is superb. We ordered a custom piece for our trophy room and are 100% satisfied! From the initial online inquiry to the follow up phone calls and product delivery, there was not a single detail missed! The piece is absolutely perfect! Because this was a custom piece we knew we would need to likely prepay and having never done business with far pavilions before I was bit uneasy at first but Ritika made me feel VERY confident in the trust and satisfaction they want their clients to have.

The wood furniture they sell is very unique and one of a kind. If you need something to really set a room or rooms off then this is the place for you. We bought two lovely armours for ourbathrooms. They also have an amazing selection of mirrors and one of a kind wooden doors outside of the shop. Be sure and ask to see their warehouse and new arrivals also. They staff (Ritika, Johnathan and Keith) are very helpful and courteous.

Far Pavilions has a one of a kind furniture selection; every piece is unique and stunning, exactly the kind of work we wanted to incorporate in our home. We had a wonderful experience working with Ritika on our purchase of a hand carved blanket box. Her patience, attention to detail, and phenomenal costumer service made our visit feel special. I never review things but for Far Pavillions and the new owner Ritika I will! We were looking for unique pieces which is NOT easy in a world of Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn. We found it here! We went in looking for the perfect piece for our dining room niche and Ritika came to my home and measured to make sure it was just right. She is also an interior designer and we now think she 's the best we've ever used.

She came to our home with a truck loaded with things we thought might work and all sorts of options. She brought 2 assistants with her and spent the entire day tirelessly making our home look beautiful. She would place items and if we didn't like she would try another option. So patient! She even found us the perfect rug! She never forces anything on you and always has options.

She solved every problem we had with our home and it looks incredible. More importantly it looks like us. not like a designer's idea of us. We looove this store and my skeptic husband trusts Ritika. That says a lot.

5 star We moved to the Houston area over a year ago and after months of searching for unique high quality furniture, we were thrilled to finally discover a true hidden gem - Far Pavilions. From the moment you walk through the door you feel transported to a mystical foreign land and surrounded by authentic beauty of India. Stunning furniture, wood carvings, artifacts, tapestries, textiles, pottery, and design elements indulge the senses and it almost feels like you are in a museum.

You will not find any cookie cutter or cliche items here. Most pieces are unique, one of a kind treasures made by hand antiques or with antique elements. We loved working with the store owner, Ritika Bhasin, who provided us with lots of her time, attention, and valuable advice in choosing correct pieces for our home. She even came to our house to offer a free design consultation.

All the staff that we worked with at Far Pavilions were very friendly and helpful. We ended up purchasing several pieces from this store, love them all, and once the need for more beautiful furniture in our home arises this will be the first place we'll look. We are in the process of giving our master bedroom a makeover and have usually purchased furniture from places like RoomsToGo in the past, but this time was different; I wanted to turn our bedroom into a place that brought me happiness when I walked in. I went on a search for some quality furniture pieces with a rustic look that would bring in some soft colors to our bedroom.

I browsed websites such as Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Crate and Barrel and visited furniture stores such as Star Furniture and Gallery Furniture, but I could not find anything that I truly LOVED until I walked into Far Pavilions. The hard part was choosing what to buy, because everything in their store was exquisite! I settled on a beautiful white washed armoire repurposed from old teak doors, and it has made such a difference in the way our room looks.

Their prices are higher than Star Furniture and may be slighter higher if not the same as Gallery Furniture, but the quality and uniqueness of their furniture surpassed the other stores. They have excellent customer service, and Ritika even came by our house for an interior design consultation. I could not be happier with my purchase!

Could not recommend highly enough. When it comes to up-market furniture, my finacee and I have quite discriminating tastes. Not only do we have family in the trade, but we also both travel around the world extensively where we often come across unique finds. We happened upon Far Pavilions on a brief trip to Houston (we live in Washington, DC) and made a point to return at our soonest opportunity.

The selection of items are not just great imports, they're also quite unique and well made. Some pieces custom manufactured for the store, but an extremely high ratio of 'oh that's interesting, I've not seen that before' moments. Once selected, they were extremely well wrapped and prepared for moving up to Washington --not a scratch or a ding found on arrival. If it's unique, authentic, substantial pieces you're looking for, go see Ritika and her team.

I was shopping for a TV console. Visited your big furniture stores like Star and Gallery Furniture around town, but my wife remembered this small store in Katy. Found a piece, hand made and for a little less money! Much of the store might have a middle eastern, SE Asia style/feel, but we found our console that was not overdone (see picture). Solid wood, great stain colors. The entire store is full of unique items. If your looking into reclaimed wood furniture, you should stop by. Friendly staff as well!
