Facility Office Furniture

This one star is given to give the review otherwise they don't even deserve half star. All the things here are of china quality, doesn't sustain for more than 2 days. Worst furniture shop, don't ever go there

Worst shop ever! We called her to ask the closing time & she said we can visit - it's open for next 30 mins. We reached the place in 4 mins and she shut the door on our face. When I called her she said - staff must have picked the call. We are closed, you can leave. I wish I could give stars less than 1. Never seen such a rude staff/owner - no value for customers time. Went for the first & last time.

Bought Glass Table, got defective. Asked for sending the non-defective one and has to pay cartridge for the same. Very poor service, making customer pay for defect in your product.

They don't offer exchange of goods once purchased not at all recommended you are purchasing any product and get to know after physical check that it is not as per your decor then too they are not even exchanging the product even purchased same day. I will not recommend to purchase anything from facilities

We got a showpiece a day before and it didn't go too well with the theme of the house so the next day we went again to exchange the product and we were ready to buy other 3-4 products as well but they said that they don't have any exchange policies and there were not even ready to listen to what we had to say. Our money got wasted and the customer services are very bad.

The staff was very stubborn and even on the bill they had not mentioned anything about no return or exchange policy. A very bad experience and I would not recommend anyone to visit there in the future.

Got a bent glass table. Collection is really good and affordable
