Given that I work from home, I wanted to work with Facility Designs to upgrade my workspace. Thoughts were to get a new desk chair, ergonomic keyboard tray, monitor arms, and more. My initial order was for a desk chair and the installation of a new keyboard tray. While the chair is great, their installation of the keyboard tray on my existing desk leaves a lot to be desired.
They just slapped a piece of uneven wood up against the desk, left it crooked and awkward and called it a day. Its been now 5 months since they left it like that and agreed to get it installed correctly with no resolution. If, because of the small size of the project, they weren't going to treat it with care, I would have rather them say they weren't interested in the project.
