Many of the items we sell require assembly. If you don't have time or feel up to the challenge of building and installing the pieces yourself, we recommend using SPAR Assembly and Installation. SPAR offers professional assembly at your location. If you need the assembly of a single item, a home office, or multiple offices in a corporate setting - consider letting their experienced and professional technicians build your furniture for you! A scheduled assembly time (evening/weekend hours are available upon request and where available).

Everything For Offices is just perfect. We couldn't find a good office store in Colorado Springs. We went to Denver and saw three, but this one blew the others away. The selection went from high end to budget. It's hard to find the perfect fit for an office chair, but they found one for me. Ended up getting a used adjustable table too. The owner herself spent 2 hours with me. Family-owned, friendly, affordable, and informed. Like I said, perfect.

I have purchased from Everything for Offices multiple times for different offices. Craig Thomas is my go to and was essential to our implementation of a successful new start up. He designed a furniture plan based on specs, perfectly adhered to budget, and delivered on time for our needs. He also managed to reinvent a previous office that was jammed and clustered and came up with solutions to make it a great co-working area with so much better flow and productivity for our associates.

My only disappointment is they are local and we could use Craig and Everything for Offices's awesome service for multiple locations across the US. That's okay though, I am glad to have them here and as our business grows locally, be working with Craig further. Quality furniture, great solutions and solid delivery and assembly. I couldn't have asked for a better partner!

Working with Craig to purchase new furniture for our offices always goes smoothly and he is very helpful. There are many details that he handles to make it an easy process. Our orders require the delivery men to assemble many pieces. They do a great job and always clean up thoroughly. Very courteous too. Our last order required a replacement part which they resolved the same day. We will use Everything for Offices in the future.

Ms. Jackie (hopefully correct spelling) the General Counsel/ Chair Conesuer/ Best Sales Rep EVER assisted me on my office chair journey today. I started at Office Depot first and had a horrible experience with customer service. I then gave a call to this business and Ms. Jackie saved the day. I was in and out in 20 minutes tops. The owner himself actually loaded it in my car!

Great small business in Aurora if you are looking for office furniture. They have a great variety of new and used furniture. They work with several manufacturers and can order anything custom. I ordered a reception desk, it arrived in three weeks, they delivered it to Lakewood, and set it up for us. Craig was great to work with. Highly recommend!

After showing us around the showroom, Gina helped us special order a small conference table and chairs for a home office. That included getting us fabric swatches from the manufacturer to help pick upholstery colors. When we were finally ready to order, the prices had increased at the manufacturer, but she got them rolled back to 2020 prices for us. Then there were a couple issues with the product when it arrived, so she helped us get a replacement of one chair and a discount on the others. Great customer service, Gina!

Wow! I live in Las Vegas and bought a desk from Everything for Offices because they had it at the lowest price I've seen (even compared to wholesalers like Sams Club). I wasn't sure how long it would take to get to me, and was blown away that I got it in THREE days; it arrived at my new house before I even started moving other furniture.

The desk itself is solid. I dunno how much weight it can hold, but it feels sturdy, even with my 25 lbs monitor mounted in the cable routing hole on a VESA arm mount. Be careful with the back support beam! The holes to install it aren't clearly shown in the manual, so I had the footrest positioned the wrong way and ended up drilling holes in the desk to get the back support to attach to the top of the desk. Craig Thomas was our sales person and we were looking for two vertical files. We noticed there was a used furniture section and thought we would give it a try, and to our surprise, there were several pieces we could consider. First we called and talked to Craig, who was very quick and attentive to our questions. Then, with the information he provided, we wanted to come visit.

He was once again, so helpful and knew the area of the file cabinets. No pressure from this guy and he gave us other options. We would up buying the two files, which for used, were in perfect shape. Additionally we found 2 office chairs we needed to replace ones in our personal home offices. Can't say enough good about their location, the showroom (which is beautiful and well laid out) and selection. Warehouse guys were wonderful as they helped load and secure all of our items in our vehicle. Go visit this place if you need office items! The post says I'm in California, but actually it's Colorado.

Years ago I bought a high end office chair from Everything for Offices that had a lifetime warranty. The chair just developed a broken caster and problem with the arm rest. Gina reminded ME that this chair had a lifetime guarantee. She contacted the manufacturer, ordered the parts and I just picked them up. They would have installed the parts but the chair is very heavy and located in a basement and I didn't want to take it in.

At the showroom the technician showed me how to change the casters then did everything needed on the arm rest so that all I had to do was attach two screws when got home. He even gave me an allen wrench to make the attachment. All at no cost. Super friendly people. I found out that this is a family business that has been in Denver for over 30 years. Was thinking as I left, this is one of those few businesses that "delights the customer".

All of the staff at Everything for Offices have been wonderful to work with. They helped design what we needed and found solutions in that fit our budget. The merchandise came in on time and was installed on schedule. In addition they were diligent in working with manufacturers when a couple things needed some work under warranty. We appreciate the support they give us.

We had a great experience with Craig and Everything For Offices. We had a need to set up 5 offices quickly and we were able to work out a deal and get delivery within 24 hours without even having to visit the store. The delivery crew was helpful as well and assembled all the desks and chairs onsite and arranged the offices just as requested. I would work with this outfit again.

I can't believe I stumbled upon this place. The salesman, Craig, was super helpful. Because I a very picky about what chair I wanted, I tried out every single chair there, and worked with every single control mechanism in all those chairs. I must have been there for 2 hours. Craig was courteous and patient the entire time. I NEVER felt pressured.

I left without buying anything, and checked at a few other stores that had other brands. When I couldn't find anything elsewhere that suited my needs, I went back to Everything For Offices. Craig was just as helpful as ever. So was the receptionist and everybody else who were there. In the end, I took one home for a demo. I am very satisfied.

I will definitely be back for the desks. Not only do they have a great selection at competitive prices, I know they will make sure I get what I want and not try to make the quick sale.

Blech! Ok so they have a big selection of office furniture, new and used but it's their tactics and sales practices that really bother me, I've just made my last purchase there. In their used furniture they don't have many things marked and when you ask how much something is they ask you "well how much are you interested in spending"----ok, that was NOT my question.

I want to know how much the item costs. My husband, who is not a good negotiator went in and fell for their trap and told them he wanted to spend no more than "X" for a chair and then of course the chair he ended up liking the sales person said "well I can do that chair for "XYZ" which of course was a little more than my husband said he wanted to spend----and then a few weeks later I went back and was told a completely different price for the same chair.

I talked the salesman down on some items and I also told him that I didn't like places like this that don't tag merchandise and change their prices based on the consumer. Only go here if you're in the mood for sales games and bartering!
