We were so excited when we walked int Room Service 360 for the first time several years ago. It has been nothing but a great shopping experience! Every visit has been inspirational. We had the pleasure to work with Erin, a true professional, who gave us design ideas and helped us make the decision process so easy and smooth. We have decorated 2 homes with beautiful furniture and rugs and not one regret with any of our choices.

The quality is excellent. Not only was Erin and Steve wonderful to work with from the minute we entered into the showroom, the staff was great and the delivery men delivered our items with white gloves. Room service 360 goes above and beyond and deserves more than a 5 star review!

I am an interior designer and recently ordered a coffee table for the clients. Sadly, when it arrived the top had a long crack, so we had to order a replacement. Steve was very helpful in doing so and during the whole time of 4 months of waiting for a new coffee table. I am so happy to report that the replacement table finally arrived and it is beautiful! Will definitely order from Room Service 360 again!

This is only a review for their customer service staff PRIOR to my purchase. I can't provide feedback for the item as I am currently awaiting my order to arrive which may be over 4 months into the future. But I am so totally impressed with the team at this point it deserves mention. Heather provided great details regarding the item I was interested in; then mailed the sample material to me via USPS promptly as she said she would.

It's sad that giving praise these days are for things that are simply being authentic and responsible, but such responsible actions are often lacking in today's transactions. Heather was super and a real complement and asset to Room Service 360's customer service team!

Loved working with Joseph. He was very helpful, communicated well, and was very responsive. I ordered a lamp and dining room chairs that came from Italy. We love everything we ordered! Also, delivery was spot on and I was able to track it from when it arrived in the US until it was coming up my driveway! Thank you!

Room Service 360 has world class Italian products that are unique and design forward. Steve Shapiro has been a world class advisor regarding the uniqueness of their various products. We have purchased Italian furniture previously from around the world. There is NO BETTER than room service 360 from start to delivery.

Roomservice360 isn't cheap, but the items they sell are exquisite. I buy just one thing for each room, and the room is instantly classed up by its presence. The customer service is great and the delivery reliable. I just wish I could furnish the whole house with these pieces!

She truly cares for the end result and goes above and beyond to achieve that goal. The quality of products is really worth the wait! Don't be scared by how long you need to wait for your furniture!

Wow! Cannot say enough about our incredible experience from purchase to delivery and installation. This company is exceptional in all aspects. Very professional, friendly staff offering design services that were very helpful in making sure furniture would work in each respective room. Delivery and installation could not have gone better. Very pleased with our experience purchasing from Room Service 360. They do design for you of no charge and the materials are of the highest quality. The quality of the furniture is superb. Service and installation was excellent. The selection was unbelievable. We are very happy with all of our selections. We have furnished our living room, dining room, masterbedroom, and family room entirely from them. The delivery was very professional and a very pleasurable experience. Purchased a new home and was looking for quality furniture. Looked online and found room service 360. Although it was a little far from my home, I decided to make the drive. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Erin, the decorator and owner was beyond amazing. I ended up purchasing an entire houseful of furniture. The quality of the furniture, the delivery and professionalism were beyond superlative. If you want quality furniture and amazing service. look no further.

Great furniture and great service highly recommend if guy ou are looking for unique quality furniture. Steve was great with communication about deliveries and any questions we had they even have in house interior decorator that helped us based on photos of the space. A++++ We will definitely recommend and go back.

Great experience at Room Service 360 with Steve and Erin. We would recommend them to anyone, anywhere! We are close to NYC in Northern NJ, building a home at Jersey Shore. We found them researching furniture and traveled over an hour to shop there multiple times. Worth the trip 100 % in terms of furniture selection and quality, design expertise, price, delivery and customer service.

Giant showroom, too. While Erin is the design expert, both she and Steve have great design eyes. They listen to your likes, dislikes and wishes; will look at pictures, room layouts, plans; etc and then you simply let them do their "stuff", showing you what they recommend. We are thrilled with everything we purchased from them and the service etc. Our dining room table was our "big" purchase and it was half the price quoted to us in the only other nearby dealer in Soho, NYC.

We bought Cattelon Italia items: Skorpio Dining Table, Anna Dining Chairs and Isabel Counter Stools, and Kitano Coffee Table. Also purchased from their great and inexpensive selection of Surya and Jaipur rugs for 8 rooms (prices beat any found elsewhere).

Wonderful store, furniture and staff. Close to NYC (1 hour and 15 min driving) and therefore no Tax! Erin is super helpful and has great taste. Our problem is that we love everything they have and the Italian quality of the furniture is evident! A gem of a store. Go and check out the showroom and you will see!

I put an order in for a $2600 bed on 8/22/14 with them. I called to make sure they had the bed in stock and that my card would n to get charged until bed was out for delivery. One week later no response to my emails and my card was charged. I kept calling them to see what was going on. They finally admitted that they did not have the bed and were "surprised" that nobody had called me and was promised that the card transaction would be voided.

One month later--Today, I see that I incurred finance charges and had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is ridiculous. I feel like I'm a stupid money lender because normally a lender receives interest rate on money they lend but I am paying to lend money to room service for them being able to dupe me!

"LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! We purchased the most gorgeous bedroom furniture. It looks perfect in our master just as they recommended it would. We received free design help and amazing service through and through. This is not our first purchase from Room Service 360 and I have to say the quality of their furniture is the best. Their schedules are on time and their installers are very professional and accommodating. I love this store and look forward to designing the next room with them."

Absolutely the worst customer service you can imagine. We ordered our bed frame from RS360 in early July. Someone from RS360 told us that the bed frame would arrive in 3 weeks. After awhile, we called them asking for the progress (tracking # etc), and they said that it's in transit but it got damaged in the truck. Steve, the business owner, told us that we have to wait a month to get it (Aug 7th) from Italy and that Steve would send it to us the next day.

We called him on the 6th to confirm, and Steve said that he would email us the tracking # in the morning of the 8th when he ships it. We had to call him again in the afternoon on the 8th, only to hear that the truck that delivers the furniture broke down and that it's delayed once again. when we were asking questions for more clarity, he got irritated and we ended up cancelling the order due to his lack of professionalism/customer support.

When there are major updates, such as damage during transit, we shouldn't have to be the ones chasing it down. The customer service is absolutely the worst. Don't do business with these guys.

Absolutely the worst customer support ever. They sold us a defective product and were rude and completely uninterested in fixing the problem. Steve was incapable of addressing what the problem even was after he made me explain it to him far too many times. If you're interested in quality, a warranty (that can actually be made good on), or even average service: look elsewhere. I can't believe these people are still in business. Not once did they ever followup even after we clearly asked them to correct the problem. Still no response.

I purchased a bed here when another online website went MIA on me and wouldn't respond to my phone calls or emails. I ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card because after 2 weeks of trying to reach the company, I couldn't get them to call or email me back regarding the status of my order and when it would be delivered. Things happen for a reason though.

I ended up finding a bed that I liked much better through http://www.eroomservice.com. I called and had the pleasure of working with Erin. Somebody give this chick a raise. Seriously! She is awesome! She helped me choose my bed and I am soooo happy with it. It was delivered to me in less than a week. That other place had me roughing it with a mattress on the floor and no solid answer as to when my bed would be delivered even though they were quick to take my money.

They literally took it and ran. However, Erin has been working extensively with me since my initial phone call. She has gone out of her way to help me find some furniture that I had liked from another furniture store. And when my bed arrived, low and behold, Erin called to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and to see how everything went. Great customer service! Thanks Erin! I really hope the owner is taking note because Erin is a valuable asset to your business.
