Even the Freight Service (Daylight Freight, Long Beach, CA) was very professional, prompt, good communication and delivered the throne without a scratch on it. Outstanding!

I am an event planner, and I called to speak to the owner of this business about becoming a potential corporate sponsor for a fundraising event. Instead of simply saying he wasn't interested, (which I do not mind, I still would've told him to have a great day then hung up) he was being completely disrespectful! When I tried to explain my reason for the call, he kept yelling what item did I want to buy, and he cursed at me!

I did not once raise my voice at him nor did I try to argue, ALL OF WHICH HE WAS DOING BY THE WAY! This man showed poor communication skills and there was a better way to handle his lack of interest in becoming a sponsor. I am very disappointed about the way I was treated by not an employee, but the OWNER of this business. Brandon McWhorter was wrong for the way he spoke to me today and I hope that he does not speak to anyone else that way!

No problems here. The seller did just what he said he would and delivered a product that was just what I wanted. The throne chair arrived in perfect condition and is freaking amazing!
