Eastern-The Furniture

Everyone was very friendly and made sure we were happy with purchase. My mistake was not making sure how far from the wall the couches had to be when reclining fully. My bad.

Our experience with Mark Thomas Home was positive from start to finish. We were fortunate to work with Carrie, who helped us achieve an end result beyond our dreams. She kept the process fun, stress free and always incorporated our taste. All aspects of working with Mark Thomas home left us completely satisfied!

We purchased some furniture over the weekend and we received them a couple days later. I couldn't believe it. The delivery guys were friendly and showed up when they said they would. We love our furniture. Our whole experience was such a positive one, from walking into the store and meeting Carole to seeing all the different types of furniture. Very professional! Thank you so much.

Ordered Stressless chairs and sofa. Lots of interesting pieces in store. Odd location but worth the peek.

I was redoing my entire master bedroom and bath. The salesperson was exceptional. Listened perfectly and made great recommendations. She even took extra steps when we talked about best flooring and paint for the furniture we purchased. I looked quite a few places for this furniture set, MarkThome Home was the best pricing anywhere (much better than online!)

Considering that I see reviews two years old of them having a "going out of business" sale, and yet I just received a "Private Invitation" to attend a "Private Invitation Sale", I am highly suspect of their actual situation. Sure, it's a good story, they bought a bunch of inventory before the pandemic, and now they need to offload it at incredible savings to the customer.

But even their letter demonstrates deception. Savings from 30-78%, meaning that most of the things will only be marked down 30%. Also, why would the early sale have better prices than the desperate to get rid of stuff after the 4 day sale? I'm not questioning the quality of their inventory, since I haven't seen it. But the invitation itself is too salesy, and sounds like a used car salesperson trying to entice you to buy a car before it's gone.

It was not all of that.but quite expensive. I found better cheaper at United in Santa Clara and got the living room Couch and Loveseat, bed and dresser with end table and dresser & mirror and another rug and lamp & kitchen table name brand for cheaper than they wanted for just a bed. And an expensive mattress all for under 6000.00. Do the math you would of only got the bed and maybe the mattress there. No way.!

Eastern is a higher-end furniture store with a large selection of quality furniture for every room of the house. The selection home furniture is very broad and covers contemporary as well as traditional styles. The salespeople at Eastern are interior designers with lots of experience. My family has purchased quite a bit of furniture from this store and we feel that we have gotten nice advice from the salesperson that we work with. Eastern has an off-site warehouse where they receive the furniture you order and stage it for delivery to your location.

Experience with Eastern Furniture has beeb a pleasant one to include experience and knowledgeable sales personnel to delivery of purchased items. Merchandise was handled with care along with concern for my home. I will certainly look to Eastern for future purchases when ready
