I recently purchased a Frankford Aurora articulating umbrella through ETT Distributors and couldn't be more pleased! The entire transaction was handled online and by telephone and their service and attention to detail was excellent. We received our shipment on time and in flawless condition, I had concerns because similar products reviewed on Amazon seemed to have significant issues with umbrellas arriving with damage or missing parts. Zero assembly was required, other than installing the in ground mount we selected.
The Aurora umbrella is extremely well built and sturdy and should provide us with years of service, I am very impressed with the quality compared to the made in China Portofino umbrella it replaced.

We used ET&T Distributors for our new pool furniture for a condominium association in Winter Park. The entire process was easy and the entire staff was not only super helpful, but they also kept us completely informed about the delivery of the new furniture.
