The manager is a complete joke. Treats his customers unfair. The owner is a man of his word who unfortunately, seems to clean up his manager's messes up way too much. I was given inaccurate information about a warranty I purchased. I had to pay extra out of pocket for a mistake that was made on the staff's behalf and lack of product knowledge. I was called in to pick up furniture and after 4 hrs of waiting was told I was called by mistake. Although the owner is a very sweet man, his staff is horrible.

A little pricey for furniture you can buy other places. almost 100$ or more on most things

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Diamond. It was my first time being at the store and I was so impressed by the selection. Rosey and Gary took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We were so taken back by how Gary, the owner, showed such concern to find a price to fit our budget. We will definitely be coming back to refurbish the rest of our home!

The worst experience in my life. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I bought to living room sets, 1 for our family room in the basement and one for the living room. Well they never took the one set down the basement and also tore the loveseat bringing it in. I waited months and months for them to repair to finally get a call they can't get the arm material. Gave me a refund of $100.

The living room set which was one of their most expensive sets is 7 months old and is horrible. The arms are caving in, the cushions slide out and the legs weren't put on correctly and dug my BRAND NEW hardwood floors. To be honest I was happier with a cheaper set bought elsewhere. They should be ashamed of themselves for running a business that way. I warn everyone I know when they are buying new furniture to stay clear of them.

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. Yeah the sales reps can be a little aggressive but so can customers. This place had won my business over any other store. Not only is their furniture amazing but the prices are reasonable. I deal with Anthony every time I go to this place. I get a deal every time I leave and end up with something new each time.

My WHOLE living room looks amazing with furniture from this place. I HIGHLY recommend them. If your their ask for Anthony & tell him Tony & Bella suggested you come their from their review online!

We had a very bad furniture delivery experience from a store these guys are now closing. I wonder if that is why Gary Diamond (owner) or Ashley Diamond (manager of the drivers) is not returning my phone calls to address the disrespectful delivery driver that we had to deal with. They hire these guys to deliver their furniture but don't seem to care if these driver/delivery guys representing their business act like complete thugs and don't actually follow through with the promise of putting a piece of furniture in a room, unwrapping it for inspection, and having us sign the paperwork.

If you do not mind a disrespectful delivery guy busting into your house like he owns the place by all means, shop at Diamond Furniture. I mean, really, we actually had to call the police to get it on record. It was that ridiculous. It boggles my mind that a business can operate in this manner and not care about their customers at all and how they are treated in their very own home during delivery.

They failed to put the furniture in a room where it clearly fit. They refused to unwrap the furniture. They threw the delivery form on top of the unwrapped furniture and stormed off after throwing trash in my front yard. Seriously some bad business here. Don't shop at Diamond Furniture.
