Designers Furniture Exchange is Houston's only fine furniture consignment store specializing in preowned name brand furniture. We have been in business since 1988 and have 11,000 square feet of showroom with dozens of room settings. Along with quality furniture we sell paintings, chandeliers, pictures, mirrors, lamps, and major accessories.

Consign Report

We are always looking for top quality pre-owned furniture in like new to excellent condition. We charge a 40% commission for this service with the remaining 60% going to the consigner. The price for items put on consignment will be reduced by 5% each month they remain in our store. This will help ensure a successful sale in a reasonable time frame.

It's interesting but I'm really beginning to believe in your antique shop. Your prices are too high the scenery isn't the nicest and I don't like how inconvenient the parking is on Sundays, but at least I can say that the inventory is unique and old

Great, quality furniture at reasonable prices. Huge inventory, and they let you shop without breathing down your neck. Douglas and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I love going back again and again even though we have almost finished furnishings our new house.

The staff is always knowledgeable and polite without being pushy. They have a huge selection of beautiful upscale furniture, art, lighting and design accouterments spread across two buildings. This has to be Houston's best kept secret to finding name brand and designer must haves at the fraction of the price.

The store looks small and a little bit grimy on the outside, but on the inside it is a treasure trove of high-quality brand-name furniture in great condition. For people who like fine furniture it's really A treat. Best used furniture store in town.
