In business for over 30 years, Danish Teak Classics specializes in finding, restoring and selling vintage Scandinavian modern furniture - that is, furniture and accessories mainly designed and produced during the mid-20th century in Northern Europe and the USA. We offer high-quality vintage furniture, lighting, ceramics, glass and more, as well as a collection of fine art and new, custom products.

In addition to our retail offerings we provide furniture restoration services. Many of our sales take place through our showroom in the Minneapolis Arts District, on this website, and on the 1stdibs online marketplace.
Services
Danish modern vintage tables offer up clever designs convenient for living and entertaining in style. Each dining, nesting and occasional table represented here is hand-picked in Denmark and shipped to Danish Teak Classics, where it is then restored by our skilled craftspeople. Designers represented in our inventory include Hans J. Wegner, Borge Mogensen, Greta Jalk and many others. All pieces are available on a piece-by-piece basis unless multiples are noted.
Scandinavian Modern vintage lighting pieces add interest to many areas in the home or office, including dining and conference rooms, office spaces, bedrooms and living areas. Danish Teak Classics' collection is hand selected in Denmark and includes Pendant Fixtures, Floor Lamps, Table Lamps and occasionally Outdoor Fixtures.
Danish Teak Classics offers a carefully selected collection of vintage accessories from Denmark and other Scandinavian countries. All pieces represented are fully restored unless otherwise noted. The inventory changes frequently, but includes vintage mirrors, magazine racks, planters, ceramics and stoneware, and glass.
Professional, skilled furniture restoration is an integral part of what we do every day. Our goal is to provide beautiful, functional furniture that honors its illustrious past. Our restoration workshop is continuously refining ways to clean and restore while still preserving the patina that quality vintage furniture so patiently acquires.

After five years of purchases, certainly >$100,000, I have been shut out. I purchased a craft, custom-designed (DEFECTIVE) Portuguese credenza at the recommendation of DTC's designer. Cost: over $9,000. After five years, I don't have a penny in recompense. Be aware of what you purchase.

I love this store. Everyone was great to work with and very respectful even though I was shopping on a limited budget. The pieces I purchased are perfect in my small space - graceful, elegant and comfortable. I couldn't be happier.

Beautiful Danish furniture store. A little hard to find in the building, but worth the search. They refinish and reupholster, and all of the pieces are from Denmark. On the pricey side, but the pieces are high quality. In store upholstery specialist and very passionate and knowledgeable staff.
