I've gotten several pieces of furniture from Crown Office Furniture, and I've been extremely satisfied with the products. But I would have to say that the best part about the company is the customer service. They have a very patient staff that was ready to answer all of my questions. They've delivered a few things to my house, and their delivery guys are super nice and I felt comfortable having them in my home, even being a single girl. I'd recommend them time and time again!

Very unorganized. They brought furniture to the company I work for and they said the installment should take about 30 minutes. They were suppose to come at 2 (we usually are slower in the afternoon) they decided to come at 9am without any heads up and stayed installing for 3 HOURS. Disrupted business hours greatly. A week later they installed a front desk and the desk is uneven and they thought they could leave before we noticed. This place needs better communication and installers.

I work for a nonprofit. The drawers on an old Steelecase file cabinet in our officewould not open. Dave at Crown Office Furniture came out and fixed it for us at no charge. He also showed me how to lubricate our other cabinets so they wouldn't get stuck. Excellent customer service. You have our future business.
