Great selection of futon covers that totally transforms the futon into a classy piece of furniture. I ended up getting a 5 all cotton mattress and a couple covers. I feel better not sleeping on a lot of synthetics and this mattress will be way easier to transport if I move. They also have tatami mat bed frames and mats. I don't know anywhere else you can get this sort of genuine Japanese set up.

Recently moved into an apartment that gave us some extra space for hosting guests. Unfortunately the room is being mostly used as an office, but would also double as a guest bedroom for when friends visit from out of town. We needed something that acts as a bed, but goes smaller while being used as an office. We decided to look at futon beds, but I was skeptical on finding one comfortable and nice enough to put full grown adults on.

I had one when I was in college, but even then I knew it wasn't comfortable. I stumbled onto this spot one day while walking down the street and I'm glad I did. When I walked in I saw lots of different futons and classy at that. Very nice futons, thick, heavy, comfortable. It's not Walmart prices, so you get what you pay for. Even the futon bases are solod wood, so bring an extra set of healthy backs to help you lift everything. High quality items, but you might have to pay.

Bought a futon a year or two ago. Bob was cool. He may not be the bulkiest, burly man around, but he sure can lug around a heavy futon like it's nothing. Planning to go back soon to shop for a new cover (nothing wrong with the current cover; just want to look for a new color).

Just received my 2nd and 3rd futon from Creative Furniture and I'm very happy. Bob tries his best to accommodate my needs and I'm pleased with his service. Seen here in my photos are the Trimline series; one with collapsible Tray Arms and without.

My boyfriend and I we're in great need of a futon replacement before his mom came to visit us in June. We decided on this place because they seemed to have all sorts of different variations of futons that we could choose from. We were not let down. Bob was super nice and informative and never pushy about a sale. We were extremely happy with are purchase.

Just recently our futon was making a weird noise so we lifted it up to find out there was a huge crack in one of the panels. I called Bob he said to send pics so we did he was quick to tell us to stop by and get a replacement panel at no charge. All in all great service we are extremely happy.

There seemed to be no humidity control. Some items clearly show water damage on the boxes. My lamps were damaged despite being brand new. They looked like they have been sitting in a basement for a while with stained shoji paper and little knicks in the wood. If you would like a refund, the only person who can give you your refund is the person who sold it to you, so you need to ask about that.

The staff failed to tell me that when I called them inquiring about receiving such refund. I ended up wasting around sixty dollars taking an Uber there and back. They will, however, offer to open the box if it looks like it might be damaged. Take that offer, and don't accept the item until you have fully inspected the item for any damages.

Everything I wanted was in stock and delivered SAME DAY. I wasn't even done washing my new futon cover before it arrived and was assembled. Bob, the owner, is very friendly and honest. Tell him what you need and he will get you into the right piece of furniture. Buy that man a drink, he deserves it!

Came here looking for a replacement futon. the owner was a nice guy and gave us lots of information about the different types of futon then let us look around to decide without any hassles or pressure. we ended up choosing a mattress type spring futon which he had in stock and helped me carry to my truck. overall very pleasant buying experience. we will come back in the future.
