My husband and I had a great experience at Corner Furniture. The sales person Mr. Raymond was very helpful, polite and patient. Mr. Raymond provided us with different options based on what we were looking. This was our first time buying here but our experience was great that we will return.

Raymond provided me with the best customer service experience. He helped me pick out a sofa and rug that worked really well with my curtains and the overall aesthetic of my living room. I am definitely coming back here for my bureaus and other furniture I will need.

I've received excellent customer service from Janice. Most pleasurable shopping experience I ever had. Pays attention to detail as well making sure the customer is always happy with both their shopping experience and purchases from the time you walk to when your leaving the store. Thanks for helping me find the dinning that I've been looking really hard for to complete my new Home!

I would like to say that corner furniture is overall the best place to get your furniture. Mr. Raymond was very helpful he was informative and he was very honest he made my purchase feel very good and I was truly satisfied with my couches and the young ladies at the receptionist desk were very friendly and the movers came to my house and they were very prompt. they gave many ETA's upon arrival and they were very fast. I will definitely come back and purchase more things thank you Mr. Raymond.

The staff at Corner Furniture are very professional and extremely patient. I had several issues with my delivery but they did their best to make things right. In particular, Aisha was a major help and worked very hard on my behalf. I am eternally grateful.

They are a stand up company that service means something to them it keeps customers coming back a also referring others to shop there as well. The furniture is great quality as well and Rob the salesman is the absolute best 5 star service. We went to Corner Furniture today for the first time to buy chairs for our home. I had never been there and couldn't believe the great selection of furniture they had. Right away we were greeted by one of the most pleasant sales person I have ever met. Sochy showed us around and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. After a long day of work I sat down in one of the living room sets and we discussed our options.

We ended up getting the dining room chairs as well as our much needed living room set. I loved the customer service and friendly atmosphere. Sochy is the best! I highly recommend Corner Furniture.

I called late en the evening on MLK birthday and they were open. I got a very nice young lady who transferred me to a most amazing sales lady named Wanda! Wow she walked me through everything and she definitely got the sale! During our conversation I felt as if we were family lol. I do have a couple of other items I'm hoping to purchase in the near future and I will definitely check out Corners and ask for Wanda.

Corner Furniture is the best. We have been customers for years and always leave the store happy. Even though we have moved out of the city, we make the trip back to buy our furniture from Corner Furniture.

I was looking for a sleeper soda and Corner Furniture didn't disappoint. Sales consultant Robert Coleman was extremely professional and helpful. He listened to my needs and presented options the best options for my space. My couch was delivered and I love it! I would go back for my Furniture needs.

Will never spend another dime in this store! All's good until they get your $$$. I brought a beautiful mirrored LED bed in November 2021. Five minutes after delivery the lights shut off. I had to run the delivery men down to return and get the lights back on. 10 minutes later, out again! I called Corner immediately. 'Great Salesman' essentially said it's no longer his problem.

The Service person, He knows who he is, just lies, lies and lies as I request a replacement or repair. It's now 11/2 months with no communication from them unless I call. Don't waste your time or money! You will be disappointed.

Sochy was great. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions, made some great suggestions and helped us pick the perfect accent chairs with the customization screen. Overall, the whole staff were great. I have been shopping around for furniture for over a month now & I found everything I was looking for in this one spot! The customer service I received in this store was phenomenal. Janice was aces. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. She made it possible to find everything I wanted and walked out with everything I needed for my place. Horrible customer service! I bought a black bedroom set and 2 years ago into using it a draw broke. I work and didn't get a chance to see them until after the warranty was up. The manager at the time told me that I had $150 dollars to spend in the store. She stated I could come in at anytime and get something. I came in July and spoke to a different person, she took off her mask and says that offer expired, she cant do anything about it.

I tell her that I feel cheated, she shrugs and smiles. I was thinking about buying a living room set there but if that is how they are going to treat their customers they don't deserve my money. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! There was no consideration for Covid19 or the fact that I was misinformed. Bottom line is that I was not told an expiration date on this offer.

My Sales Representative was and still is Janice from the very first time I entered the store to buy my living room set. I was treated with respect and professionalism. Janice's knowledge of the pieces I wanted was beyond expectation. I was not rushed or ignored even if she was serving other customers. Janice has great customer service skills and she is full of energy. Janice is one of a kind.

She follows up with her customers with delivery and product availability. I have recommended my friends and family members to Corner Furniture because of this type of service.

My mother bought a bedframe from this location and within six months of purchase, the headboard broke. Then two months later, the frame broke. My mom went to this store because she liked the quality of the furniture. She and I are really disappointed because she paid more for it than the slats/boards are worth

I know not everything is always perfect, but what made it into a negative experience, was a lie. Once a company lies to its customers, it's done. Just like anything else, it will be difficult to gain that trust. If a customer receives a table filled with scratches, and shows the company the moment it's delivered, but they tell the customer it's part of the table and that's how it comes from the manufacturer, it means they take their customers for fools. The replacement table was perfectly fine, big difference. So yes, they were scratches.

I gave them a five star rating a month ago but the service I have received since then has been horrible. Have been shopping her for over 5 years and the service has just gotten worse. There is no follow up, why did I have to call to find out where my order was after a month of placing the order. Worse service I have ever had and will not be going back.

I placed a claim for my damaged bed on July 2020. On August I received an email from the insurance company stating that the claim has been approved. They also stated that I should be hearing from Corner Furniture on when I will receive the new piece. For the past five yes 5 months I have been calling as well as the Insurance company and all we get is the run around.

When we ask for the manager he is either in a "meeting" or on a "break". According to the customer representative they claim I will get a call back. Waiting till this day. The Insurance company has been trying to assist, but they also stated that they emailed and called Corner Furniture and has yet to receive a response. The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced.

Never I repeat NEVER would I ever purchase anything else from them. I wouldn't recommend this Store to anybody! Would love to see how much more longer I would be waiting to get this resolved.

I really wish that I could give a zero but instead I will give a big one for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I called on the phone I asked if they had Black Corner Curio Cabinets. I was put onto someone else she told me that she did she told me the price of $ 1200.00 I asked her if she had anything cheaper in the range of $200.00- $400.00. She asked me and I answered her she could of told me right then on the phone that no we don't have any in that price range and that would of been that but instead she said to me hold on and that she would check.

She puts me on FUCKING HOLD and she never even came back on the line to tell me anything I waited on hold until the music stopped who knows maybe she was laughing her ASS OFF AT ME. The reason I called is because my husband and I live Upstate in Washingtonville, NY. We would of taken the ride if only she would of told me Yes or No but instead she just left me FUCKING ON HOLD HOW FUCKING RUDE I Only wish that I had gotten her name to go with this review.

Terrible - quality I called twice for a repair on one of the damaged chairs they never came or called me. The staff treats you very nice until they have your payment. Terrible place to shop! Never again - they were good at one time but have fallen down the cracks! Do t even speak rien salesperson Matthew - he has the gift of GAB!

I purchased a love seat two months ago from this place. It had a manufacturer defect right out of the box which i pointed out to the delivery guy (not his fault). They told me follow up with Corners which i did and it was never addressed after that. They leave their customers out in the cold for follow up. Also, i believe the sofa received was a different model than what was in store. Yonkers Love Seat received an item named Alaska?

Today is 10/21/20 and i have been waiting on follow up since August. I would highly not recommend them and if they respond and address my customer concern i will eat my words, but it is only having to publicly shame them.

Don't waste your time or money! i've been waiting 2 months to get my furniture and every time i call ask i get is excuses! the worst in my life dealing with this company. omw to news12 to report them!

Will rob your money with a bait and switch. And their stuff looks good but then they switch you with the cheapo stuff, trying to give you the things that would never sell.

May have been a household name and a name of integrity and service, many many years ago! But as of late that is not the case. Friends and Family alike have made several purchases over the past couple of years. Let me tell you the service is far worse than the quality! Just ask salesperson Janice. I would like to start by saying this is my very first review on Yelp. I ordered a recliner by Best approximately 2 years ago with a lifetime warranty from the company. I called Corner furniture back in October 2019 and sent pictures showing the broken piece. I have spoken with every manager and repair person available with no help nor solution to fixing my recliner.

I have had responses saying the part was ordered and it was being mailed to me, to it is being mailed to the store. Every person said they would call back but, of course not one call back up to this day and time. It is the most disorganized store I have even been involved in and the rudeness was out of control. The only thing they want is to sell and they want no part of repairs or warranties.

I am frustrated and so disappointed that no one has the decency to follow up or help me with a solution. It is 5 months. I have asked that the owner please give me a call and left 2 messages with no response. Today RayT the manager of the store finally picked up my call and just over spoke me which was unnecessary and did nothing to help. Every time I tried to speak he would interrupt me and was not interested in my side of the story and proceeded to hang up on me and told me to email the owner.

I had to call back to get the email. RayT picked up and gave me the email to appease me because he had slammed the phone done, meanwhile when I tried once again to speak to him he said " your on speaker so everyone can hear you". I asked multiple times to please take me off speaker, and finally he did then proceeded to laugh at me and said "no one is in my office, speak" I questioned why he was laughing with no response from him.

I finally started to tell him what had happened and he responded I'll call you back in 5 minutes well, that was an hour ago and still no phone and I'm left with a broken recliner! DO NOT BUY FROM CORNER FURNITURE!

If I could I'd give this place 0 stars, because this is the worst furniture store ever! I purchased a new mattress and box spring, when they delivered it, they brought the wrong mattress. They told me they would exchange it for the right one the next day. The next day comes they told me I'd have to wait until next week, because they had to order it.

Next week comes they bring the mattress but it arrives damaged!? Then Elena has me come into the store on 6/28 to pick out a new one, the manager Frank told me it would take 10 days to get it, since then it's been numerous phone calls to the store, employees giving me different excuses, i just got the mattress today(8/14)and guess what. it's the wrong mattress AGAIN, but not only is it the wrong one, it's the one they brought to me the first time it was wrong, I'm so done with this store. The manager Frank, customer service Elena and salesman Rob are all Liars and scammers DO NOT waste your time or money here. Stay away!

Wasted no time charging my CC but Corner Furniture has stalled and broken promises regarding delivery date. First delivery was confirm for Saturday 8/4. I called to inquire about my furniture on Saturday noon and was told by a rude Customer service rep ("yo furniture is not here yet so you're no even schedule for a delivery") I finally was able to speak to Janice, the agent that sold me the furniture, and she guarantee me the furniture was coming on Monday- Tuesday and that I would get it on Wednesday. Welp, today is Wednesday and guess what?

I been calling for 5 hours since they open and I get a busy tone. I don't mind the delay what I can not deal with is the lies and inconsistencies. I'm simply calling my bank and getting a refund of over 2K so I can go to bobs. *Update* Bank refunded me all the money in less than 24 hours due to failure to deliver even after multiple delivery promise dates.

I gave the store a courtesy call so that they don't try to deliver the furniture in the future whenever that is. because the bank simply refunded my card. The same rude customer rep kept talking over me, ignoring me. I politely told her to let me speak and told her not to bother sending the delivery. She said "did you read the contract?" Said the bank will return the money to them when they send them the contract saying no refunds on special orders but my order was REGULAR nothing special.

So I called my bank again, they said she was basically lying and that they block that merchant and Gave me a new card to ensure that my money stays in my account. This company did not meet my needs, broke promises and threatens me with taking my money for furniture that WAS NEVER delivered.

Terrible customer service! Stay away! Have been waiting for a sofa to be delivered for hours passed delivery. Made numerous calls to the store for a status update and the receptionist(?) has not only been rude with the attitude of someone that has been denied food for days but also incompetent. Each call has been met with a new deadline (that has been missed & still missing) & no attempt at checking in with the driver to actually find out the true status of delivery. Never again!

I went here for the first time today to buy a nightstand, and I was astounded by how beautiful and huge this place is. They have everything imaginable. The customer service was great. My saleswoman Nela, was fantastic. Very sweet and knew exactly what to show me when I told her what I was looking for. She was great at asking for my needs, and finding a piece I fell in love with. It was a super smooth experience and easy transaction. I will be returning here to get some pieces for my parents. Thanks Nela.
