Customer Service apparently doesn't exist any longer. I called around 4:25p today as we were recommended by Edwin from Office Furniture Center and just left his location in Tampa! I was told by the person who answered the phone that the show room is a "working show room" and I would have to book by appointment only. I drove 40 miles to look at a Human Scale chair.
I was also told that she wasn't sure any sales representatives were available when the business had 20 minutes remaining according to the listed business hours. Based on the type of chair my husband is looking at, the cost, and the medical need I find it absolutely unacceptable that I was told "we don't have any human scale chairs on the floor right now".
We won't be recommending this company ever! We were ready to order a chair today based on the need. We will drive to Orlando to Relax the Back to get our chair needs since today's experience was far from acceptable!

Wonderful, high quality products, backed up by incredible service. We outfitted our two story office building with furniture from CDS and their salesperson, Tyler Davis. Tyler was helpful, knowledgeable, had excellent suggestions and recommendations. We even had custom furniture needs and they were fit PERFECTLY. Would recommend to anyone, will be going back as we open more offices, 100%.
