During the Covid pandemic we bought a queen size matress set, along with a leather sofa & chair. After delivery, we found the matress didn't measure up to the display in store. We spoke with owner and they replaced it free of charge with a more Serta plush queen matress. Problem is, they swapped it with purportedly another queen matress. we measured, and dimensions are 57" x 78", and nit 60"x 80". The explanation given by delivery staff is that "variations in size" happen. I guess QA/QC is lacking at Serta.

These people are horrible. They throw styrofoam all over the neighborhood.

Excellent local retailer. Purchased a recliner. After delivery found a problem. The retailer offered a replacement in two weeks and delivered on the promise. I appreciate the honest prompt service. Would buy again.

We recently bought a sleeper sofa from Comfort Center. We had an urgent situation at our rental condo and we live out of town, so hard to address things same day. Comfort Center came through, and by 6 PM that evening, we had the new furniture delivered and all was well. They completely came through for us and we will look there first for future needs. Thank you!

We recently were on the hunt for a couch and decided to start local at the Comfort Center. Long story short, my in-laws ended up purchasing a power loveseat for $1688. My husband and I were drawn to the set, as well and were debating on purchasing the sofa and recliner. The salesman: Josh was unable or unwilling to offer us a deal on the whole bundle citing the COVID-19 pandemic and that was fine.

We trusted that he was doing his best for us (as the website clearly states). We noticed the pamphlet that was attached to the loveseat was now gone. We wanted to research how to remove the back cushions so, we went back to retrieve that from Josh. He simply cited that he did not have it, he did not cut it off from the couch and that we did not need it because anything warranty-related needed to go through Comfort Center anyway.

While this did not sit well with me, I began researching this set online. I was able to find this exact set online from several online retailers at a fraction of the cost. I am talking $700 cheaper! I went back to their website where it states not only will they price match, but they will pay 10% of the difference back to us, as well. We decided we would be bringing the couch back and presenting Josh and Bill Petrosky (the owner) with this information.

We were hopeful that while they may not be able to price match in full that they might be able to give us a better deal, especially if we were going to get the sofa and recliner from them too! The exact opposite happened. Josh told us right away that they do not price match. When I confronted him with the paperwork directly from their website, he went to get Bill.

Bill came out and his first words to me were, "And how many months did they say it was going to take them to get it to you?!" He was very aggressive, snarky, and pompous right out of the gate. I replied that timeframes were irrelevant as we were not in a rush to replace our current couch. I began to remind him of what HIS website states about the guarantee.

He said he would not be able to match that price and that we should have known better. Umm, excuse me, what? We were simply doing our due diligence and now we are trying to get a company to stand by their word, but we should have known that they could not meet that price? He then went on to say he would be happy to take the loveseat back, but a 15% restocking fee would be assessed because that is their policy. Huh?!

You are going to honor one part of your policy, but not the other?! Truly mind blown at this point, I begin to reiterate and point with my finger on the paper where it clearly states the price match policy. Bill, who has obviously run out of excuses and lies says I am making him uncomfortable now and he needs to remove himself from the situation ie. he runs to the back and hides while leaving his front desk associate to deal with us. Exceptional leadership from the owner of this small business (insert eye roll).

For reference, I am small in stature; 5'5" female, 36 years old. I am not a threat in the least, but I will stand up to anyone who is not willing to stay true to their word. Bill is a jerk. Bill is a poor businessman and quite frankly, Bill is a coward. We were not leaving. Considering my husband loaded the loveseat into our trailer the day prior there was absolutely no reason for them to charge this 15% restocking fee.

Another patron walked through the doors. I am not sure if this was the catalyst that changed Bill's mind or what, but Josh disappeared momentarily and returned with the news that we would get our full refund and no restocking fee would be assessed. This is all we wanted in the first place. If a deal could not be worked out where both parties were satisfied, then just give us our money back-in full.

It really should not be this difficult. This is covered in Small Business 101, is it not? I strongly discourage ANYONE from doing business with Bill Petrosky and Comfort Center TC, they are about as dirty as they come. Save yourself a headache and boycott Bill Petrosky and Comfort Center TC!

I've been "quoted" 3 different delivery dates for a sectional and chair I ordered 6 months ago. Each time, the date goes by- no delivery and no contact from the store. I call back, I'm told a new date and it still isn't here. Although I'm frustrated about how long it's taking to get our furniture i under that there'a not much they can do about it in store. The lack of follow up is disappointing, as well as the fact I haven't been offered any sort of discount or price reduction for the delay

Bill Petroskey just sold me a mattress set to replace my daughter's 20 year old set. I purchased the same model that I had purchased for myself early in May 2020. I am so pleased with the service and quality of products at Bill's store. Recommend this store to anyone wanting a Great night's sleep!

Horrible experience! Bought a couch but after getting in my apartment I realized it was too big and didn't leave me much room. I called the very next morning to let them know and they want to charge me $200 to return it! I didn't even have it 24 hours! Mind you I was NEVER told about a restocking fee! And $200! Never again will I shop there and will not be recommending anyone.

We were happy with the selection of merchandise on the floor. The manager (perhaps the owner) worked with us to the extent that we purchased a kitchen table and chairs for our son's new place, as well as a bedroom set. We felt the value was very good for Ashley Furniture quality. Perhaps the best part of today's shopping was that they were OPEN for business! Most of the other furniture retailers were closed on Sunday. We'll be back

Just moved to TC, looked at other stores but Comfort Center had the best prices. Delivery was on time and everyone was easy to work with and polite.

Never had a problem. Good service and dependability. Better than Art Van and Currie's - that is my experience buying from them several times. Everybody kind of has the same prices.
