Feel like family every time I shop here. They have always taken their time to make sure I'm comfortable with my purchase and knowledgeable on my price. Went in just for a dining room set and came out with a dining set & a new couch set! Will continue to come here to build my perfect interior to our house.

I bought several items last year. Within the first month, my sofa broke down. They replaced it and this replacement has not lasted a year. I was told that I had a warranty on it. My dining table also peeled within the first two months of purchase. This has been a complete waste of money! Cheap is not always better. They are only interested in making a sale NOT selling quality merchandise. Terrible customer service.

If you can wait and save and research and shop a bit longer, do it. I was told my sofa and loveseat were both solid wood constructs. I did go back the next day because we noticed a defect in the loveseat. The defect was addressed. Unfortunately, both pieces are now breaking down structurally in less than 4 months. We literally have just sat for watching tv and we will need repair or replacements soon.
The young man seemed genuinely nice and knowledgeable. I really do hope no business is purposely selling people cheap poorly built furniture People with budgets need affordable, yet quality furniture. Please ask the furniture brand of what you like. Do research and look at reviews on the brand.not just the store or customer service of the store selling the brand alone.
Research quality no matter where you buy from. Great furniture stores buy and sell furniture they can back should customers have issues. Good front-end customer service does not trump money lost on poorly built furniture.

I've dealt with this location numerous times but today is my last time. I walked in told the associate I was picking up my furniture that I paid off. Mind you I paid it off day before and told the previous associate I was coming the next day because I needed to get a u haul. I even saw my furniture the day I paid it off it was on the loading doc ready for me.
Now today I come and was greeted by the rude and nasty District Manager Rick. When I was looking at his computer I saw 2 names for my account so I told him my name. Then he proceeds to tell me. Aren't you on the phone I got this. I was like what wow. Then he tells me my mattress was SOLD. Im like what do you mean. My mattress was SOLD I just saw everything yesterday in the back.
He started getting smart saying I don't know why it was sold and I didnt work yesterday. I'm like we'll can I speak to the manager he says I am the district manager. I was like we'll can I get the manager name who worked yesterday so I can find out why. Something that was paid for is sold to another customer. He tells me 1 is coming from Norcross and how it's on its way.
I'm like wait what. He proceeds to get nasty and smart and telling me how he's a man and how I'm not used to someone talking like a grown up. When. I tell you I was so disgusted with how this man was treating someone who just spent $1,623 in there store. His associates were just looking and staring. I'm asking the gentleman next to me like can you believe how he's talking to me.
Then he tells me not to talk to his employee talk to him. I could not believe this man talking to me like I was nothing. So the lady that was in there told me to pull to loading doc. I called Norcross location they haven't even begin to send my mattress over to the store mountain location. The day i paid off my furniture I put another mattress in layaway.
I tell him I want my money back because I refuse to spend my money at a location that treats customers like this. So when I tell him I want a refund on my other purchase. He precedes to say you got another layaway. I mean this guy was horrible. Long story short I had to drive to Norcross to go pick up my mattress. I'm NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN. AND I'M CALLING CORPORATE paying customers should not have to deal with rude nasty District managers.

Go see Mr. Daryl! This location has great customer service and I was able to purchase what I came in for. I went shopping for a twin mattress and box spring set. I went to different furniture stores and at each one the customer service was poor and the prices were too expensive with little quality to the product. My mom suggested I come here because she had purchased a few items at the location.
So we went and Mr. Daryl was friendly, helpful, and I walked out with a excellent quality mattress/box spring set for a great price. He went over and beyond to assist us. I will be returning for my next purchase.

This was one of my best shopping experiences. Terrence was awesome! He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the the inventory. Mike was awesome as well. The showroom & warehouse were fully stocked, clean & presentable as well. I had a great experience here! Jay was my salesman and was very knowledgeable about what he is selling. James also helped me out and made sure I got what I needed. When a problem arose the store manager Mike, was right there to help! He tried his best to figure out a way that I the customer could be satisfied. And I am greatly happy! Where do I begin? I love, love this store. The staff is great; their customer service is exceptional and the store is clean. When I first came to this store last year I didn't think I could afford anything in this store, but after Mike made it so simple and explain the whole finance and layaway process to me, I was able to put quite a bit of merchandise on layaway and thank God I got everything off today.
I am so excited! I can't say enough about the staff especially Mike, he really took time out to help me. He had patience and he was very friendly. So if you want good quality furniture & great customer service, please shop at Clearinghouse furniture in Stone Mountain.
