After a recent hailstorm, there were dozens of contractors soliciting door-to-door in our area; Clasen Home Services was not one of them. My experience in the construction industry has taught me to avoid these companies. Great contractors don't need to get work this way, they build a reputation and get business by word of mouth. I was referred to Clasen by a trusted friend and it worked out perfectly. Mr Clasen and crew were very easy to work with - the work was done on time as promised and it looks great!

Please make sure you get a clearly written estimate of the work to be done and what is exactly expected. The actual construction crew was awesome! But only 2 people doing my entire roof and one of them slept! Take inventory of the materials you get delivered as well. Mine disappeared. Will not recommend.

I would definitely recommend Jack and Clasen Home Services to anyone who is looking to get work done on their house. We specifically had work done on our roof after a hail storm. Bulleting out my points because this will be a very long novel if i didn't - He came out and walked the roof with the adjuster to show damage, even before we signed any documents with him to keep the sale. - He talked us through all the different materials and options we had to roof our house. - He explained in detail his bid for the work and addressed any questions or concerns in regards to the bid and the insurance process - He has been very easy to get ahold of and communicate with About his team on roofing day: - They came at 7am to start the work and it was a group of 8 guys, all of them his own guys and not some rental 3rd party to come out. (All had sweatshirts and shirts with his name on it) - They got the roof done in a day and were very concerned about overall cleanliness after the work was done.

If you are looking for someone who isn't a HUGE business that runs commercials and want to support local business, definitely recommend this guy. He will treat you well and make sure you are happy.

The roofing job was done with excellent workmanship and expediently - they were in and out within a day which meant little to no disruption in our lives! The estimate provided was very accurately written and expectations were clearly presented upfront. The owner's experience and knowledge allowed him to work effectively with our adjuster to make sure we received a high quality product that would look great and be durable.

We used Clasen to put a new roof on our home last fall. Jack did a really good job of laying out all of our options in materials and helped us make an informed decision. Bids from other contractors made us feel pressured to make a decision the day of their visit; Jack encouraged us to take our time which was very refreshing. Scheduling was a breeze and his pricing was very competitive. His crew was friendly and they performed quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend Clasen to friends and family.
